White's Apothecary East Hampton

Warning- if you go in anywhere near closing time you will be treated to some very rude sales service. I tried to buy a purse and had some questions. I left shellshocked at how rude they were. They clearly don’t need the business. The exceptions are Bridget and Dyanna who are nice/decent. If you HAVE to go in there ask for them.

Awful customer service!
Was in line for 10 minutes before i was even acknowledged.
Very slow motion!

The absolute worst service today! After miscounting two prescriptions I wanted to assure my pick up today was accurate. I asked for a clean pair of gloves to count my pills this time before leaving and was told they didn’t have any by the pharmacy cashier. I then asked for a clean paper towel which she provided as she watched me lay out the pulls to count. I had a hard time placing them back in as she watched and not offered a pill counter/tray or clean gloves. You would think after them knowingly making this mistake not once but twice! They would assure the count were correct.

What took me so long? Everything about White's is what I want in a drugstore and pharmacy. First of all, it's clean, bright, the staff is great and everyone thinks they will pay more for prescriptions at an independent drugstore but everything I get here that I used to get at CVS costs LESS! What more needs to be said? Jack Fs Mom:)

AVOID THIS STORE! They sold me the WRONG "La Mer" face cream for $600 & refused an exchange for the right product.

They also let me know that they did NOT value me as a customer & refused to let me speak with a manager.
