I have purchased numerous pieces of equipment from White's and have had them service them over the years. Always great service and they go above and beyond, every time.
Always good service, friendly, accommodateing, brought a friend to buy a new mower, and they took very good care of him.
In a year where demand/sales are at an all time high and supply/inventory at an all time low, they really pulled it off. Happy with my purchase.
The delivery person, I think his name a as Keith, was absolutely phenomenal. He really knew his stuff and had great personality. Makes me feel good about my purchase with them and not chosing a different route.
Purchased an Excavator from Karl at the Waterville location. Had some configuration and additions done to the machine. The entire process was excellent, the staff was excellent and Tom the delivery guy topped of a great experience. Well done team!

Never a problem with the kabota tractor we purchased with them. Or getting what we need for it.
I purchased a trailer from this store and it was a great straightforward process. Their price was fair compared to others but they had inventory in stock which was the deciding factor.
I have purchased Kubota, Ferris, and trailers from White's since 2004 and have never been disappointed. I have been treated with respect, and my equipment needs have always been met. My sales person Eric has always been helpful prior, during, and after the purchase. Matt and Jeff in the service dept have gone beyond my expectations when prepping a new piece of equipment for me, always making sure it's was exactly what I wanted, and their attention to detail is what makes me keep buying at White's. Doug White makes sure the service dept is always up to speed to satisfy the new orders pouring in. Greg White, parts manager has always got a smile as he helps customers who know they need a part, but not sure which one. Thank you all at White's Farm Supply!

The parts man Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable when I ordered parts for my older snowblower. I really appreciated the time he talked with me to help me out.
Day 1 experience was great, everything after that has been a train wreck. Back in April I called to see if they had 2 bucket pins in stock they could ship overnight to Illinois. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. She explained they had one in stock that would ship that day, and would have to back order the 2nd one and it would ship within a few days. That was okay because I needed one for a repair and one for a spare. The next day I got the pin as ordered.
Fast forward to July 20th. The spare never arrived and I needed it because I sheared another pin. Called to check on my back order and was told they cancelled my back order, (without notifying me). Regardless, they had 2 pins in stock they could ship that day so I ordered both. Over a week later they haven’t arrived. I have called multiple times to find out the status and they always say, “I will have to look into this and get back to you. ” No call back yet, however they have charged my credit card.
So my loader is down now for more than a week and I can’t complete a job. Wish I would have gone elsewhere when I found out they canceled the order placed in April.
My advice - find another supplier.
My brother Bernie Drake does all his business with for years so in my opinion you got to be doing a great service to him
Always a cluster when I deal with the sales and service at Canastota store. Parts isn't bad to deal with there. Just rather go to Sangerfield store and deal with Art White.
They had my tractor for two weeks for a drive shaft seal, nothing in this world takes two weeks to get especially a $3.00 seal. I called at 3: 15 to see if it was ready on the day they said it would be done and everyone had left for the day. Not impressed at all
