Whole Foods Market reviews
11Why does it feel like customers are no longer welcome here? The floor space is a hard fought battle between us and the prime shoppers who prefer to have the right of way. They'll stare you down if you're in their way and expect you to just move out so they can cart on. Plus the prices! No wonder Bezos can afford to go to the moon?
Whole foods the best. Fresh meats and fish market. Healthy options and hot food bar. Only thing someone can complain about is the pricing but one could also say, you pay what you get for, and it's worth it.
Whole foods prices are comparable to and sometimes cheaper than my local grocery stores in bay ridge. They also have a wide variety of options of organic and non-organic products. I would shop here more often if it were walking distance from my apartment. But I use amazon to get it delivered! As a prime memeber you can also get discounts of products.
I don’t appreciate being harassed. At self check out I paid for ALL my items. Left to stand in lobby good 5 mins trying to put my bags together all of a sudden I heard yelling asking if I paid for my item. First of all when I was leaving the register the black older lady w glasses and up do blonde bleach hear was there. Why didn’t she ask me if I paid after I handed her the sage I said I didn’t want. AFTER I left and was there out in the lobby a good while to run me down SHOUTing if I paid for an item and then ask for receipt? Of course she looked foolish because I paid. Right there people staring at me. Why aren’t everyone’s receipt checked at door. Don’t single out a particular person.and after I left to EMBARRASS ME in front of other customers. IVE BEEN SHOPPING since before Amazon took over it’s such a disgrace I have to experience this kind of shame. Approximately 650 to 710 pm.
Shopping at self checkout tonight and one of the employees stood directly behind me watching me the whole time as I rang up my items. Making me feel like a criminal then pretended she was waiting to place the bags near me. Honestly why do people treat others like this. I understand watching everyone but why stand directly behind me like I am a criminal. After a long day at work I’m so tired and if I wasn’t hungry I would return the items. Shopping in Manhattan is so much better than this location at least they treat you like a human being. Won’t be shopping here anymore sadly my first and last time.
I go to whole foods once every week to pick up some apple gift cards. When I try to checkout at the customer service desk I tried to use apple pay to pay for them but they say They need to see my ID. I don't really bring my wallet and sometimes I bring my wallet beacuse I got denied from bying them without my ID and I checkout and they don't require ID. Also when I tried to tell the employee last time I did not need and ID and I can just use apple pay to pay for the gift cards they call their supervisor's and sometimes they say you need and ID and sometimes they say you don't need and ID. This is ridiculous beacuse I buy them everyweek and I have to play this game of guessing if they need my ID. They say its for fruad but I am paying with a debit card and when you do apple pay you need a pin I know the pin beacuse its my card. Also I told a few supervisor's that there are no more apple gift cards left and tell them to order more but they just igrone me and don't even order more. I just want to get my gift cards and go and have a smooth experience. I hate getting more people involed that nessecray.
First time shopping here last week.overall impression of the place was good. Here is why.great selection of products.neat organization of lanes and produce line up, representative who direct the lines made sure that there was no build up. A bit pricey for some of the produce but loved the layout and organization.
Definitely one of the best locations, especially since there's a parking lot. I just wish they had the filtered water refill machines.
Love Whole Foods stores in general, and this location has a parking lot which is a huge plus for me.
Great location with excellent selection and friendly staff!
There is free EV charging in the parking lot for customers while shopping.part of the Chargepoint network. It's not a DC fast charging station and fairly slow (6 KW), but appears to be connected to their solar array.
The seafood and meat departments are top-notch. There is even a rooftop bar, though we have not tried it yet (believe that it's currently closed due to COVID).
