I rang up all my items and was accused of stealing as I was bagging. After repeatedly being told I didn’t pay for everything by employee Keron even though I told him 3 times that I did. I showed him my receipt. He didn’t bother to offer an apology either
Very good place to pick up prepared food and anything that is considered healthy (for the most part) but it can get to be pretty pricey as well.
One of the few places in Manhattan where you can have lunch for a fair price and where you can see what you're eating because you're helping yourself
Super convenient and well stocked.
Delicious sliced fresh fruit.
I recommend
You eat badly in the US if you don't have money. Until you come in here and realize that they've been robbing you everywhere. Fantastic market, I want one like this in my city.
I love it here. Grest crowd control, super large variety of foods and beverages. Plus, a kind assistive staff.
We were impressed by the ready food selection and different grocery options at this Whole Foods. Its definitely one of the better locations I’ve shopped at. We found everything we needed and more. The employees are helpful and efficient.
Too bad that, unlike the others in New York, this one doesn't have the seats to eat the purchased products.
If it wasn't for that, five stars like other Whole Food Markets.
Great selection even with its compact, efficient layout.as usual with Whole Foods the produce is fabulous.self-checkout line is never too long.
I wish they would have tables to eat the prepared food you buy there but it is a very small space.
A large selection of products, there is ready-made food, you can buy and eat there or take it with you.
Terrible customer service. Entering the location the security guard was on the phone. There is another security guard inside who was also on the phone using earphones.
We went to customer service. One employee woman was hanging out there and very casually told us to go ask somewhere else.
The other location sent us back to the customer service.
We asked the woman why she told us to go to the other location and here is the answer "don't you see there is noone here. I told you to go there because of that. If you want to wait here go ahead and wait. Stop talking to me".
I'm taking one star away because many of their products appear as "in stock" in the app even though they're not available in store.
My usual go to store. Only complaint is some products have no prices - like the cheeses - and some prices that are posted do not match the price at check out.
