I love this environment I come here at least 2 a year to purchase my hair products and I have to say everyone here is amazing. They also have the items that I need if they don't the girls in the back help me find something similar to what I am looking for and they never fail to amaze me. If I could give them more stars I would if you are in this area check them out.

Large variety of wigs and hair care products. Reasonable prices. Friendly and professional staff.

Went in here today to purchase few items which I did. After buying my items I went to the wig area to look at the wigs, well they have a NASTY person working behind the counter in the wig area. They should have her mopping floors rather than attending to customers. So sad! I've been coming here for years! But, I rather go elsewhere.

I'm always in this store. As a licensed beauty professional, be sure to show them a copy of your license and ask them to give you a membership card so you can receive a discount on your purchase. They are tied to 2 other beauty supply stores that are on 4th Avenue, so if you go into one store and they dont have the item in that store, they walkie talkie the other stores and get what you need. They will quickly bring it to whichever store you're in. They have a HUGE selection of hair, wigs and essential beauty products. The real professional products are usually behind counters, but someone is always willing to assist you.

They're well stocked and have the best prices. I travel here from White Plains to get all my hair and beauty supply needs. The workers are friendly and helpful. The managers/owners can be a bit friendlier but I guess it's a cultural thing.

Great values and a variety of products to choose from. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, offering their professional advice and knowledge.

First time I went there the lady that helped me has a stink attitude so it took me awhile to go back there.i went back there today n the lady that helped me was so sweet.

I asked for assistance with hair color, the associate was very nice but as it turns out not knowledgeable at all. When the hair color did absolutely nothing at all, they refused to reimburse me. That's the only time I had a problem but then it's the only time I really ever asked for their help. So I don't know.

The lady who helped my mom try on her wig was very helpful and nice. Also made us try on a few extras ;). Second time buying a wig here and they have been pretty nice

I love the selection and the prices! Gave it three stars because you are guaranteed to deal with some nasty attitudes from the women.

My mother comes here all the time to get her hair, wigs and any other accessories that she needs this place is pretty decent staff is nice has a couple of different varieties of colors

Went in to cop a wig for my shorty. The service was kind and they seem to have a great selection of beauty products.

Staff I s helpful when available. Prices aren't bad but store could be better organize and inviting. Needs a little updating.

I have similar experiences with other beauty supply stores on that block. I love Hair Depot, I have been shopping there for about three years and never encounter any of these problems there. They are really customer friendly.

They dont like to serve to the people of color mind you their in a neighborhood where most of their costomers is a person of color smh!

The females that work in the wig sections are very helpful and supportive. They have given me their honest opinion and this is very much appreciated

Found everything I needed in no time. Staff was okay, too busy talking to each other to realize I had a question but otherwise friendly. Will definitely be coming back here!
