They make me get tints from their tint shop across the street but can’t pass my car inspection…. PATHETIC!

I recently took my vehicle for a inspection. I was told it didn't pass bc it needed tires. And brakes and rotors. For all 4 tires. Normally when u get a inspection 1 wheel is taken off. So how it was known my rooter were needed to be replace and all 4 brakes is beyond me. I took it somewhere else after getting tires. And the second place showed me the brakes and the rotors. Where fine. Thou the brakes would be needed to be replaced soon. The brakes where thicker then 3 millimeters.
But one thing the second mechanic went to show me. And I saw right away. Before he showed me is the rear sway bars were broke.
I'm sure there are good people at tire empire. But for a mechanic to say I need all around brakes and rotors and completely mis the 2 rear broken sway bars. I can not say I fully trust this location.
I hope it was a honest mistake. I understand this happens some times.
But I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Wil John’s for years. The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t be more accommodating. I had gotten a flat before Christmas & he put on a used tire until my new one was in stock. Very caring & professional. My only disappointment was the fact that all the staff wasn’t wearing a mask & no one asked some customers who weren’t wearing masks, to put one on.
