Wilbert's U-Pull It of Buffalo, Elma NY

Had a amazing experience at this u pull it I come from Michigan for family and nothing I’ve seen compares to this facility new sign in is quick and easy just the look up computers seemed very slow crashed a couple times while he was looking up my vehicles info but the three young men up front had great knowledge on what they knew and how to help in the meantime they were very polite and helpful, will most definitely be back very well coordinated and organized thank you Wilbert’s facility!

Went to the Elma location for the first time lay week and was very impressed by the customer service along with the very clean intact inventory. They now have a life long customer.

Everything was excellent. Tow company was so pleasant and enjoyed talking with them. I will deal with again. I want to let Wilbert's know car had a lot of rust but has many new parts in last 2 yrs
Passenger axel 3 months ago, Front rotors and brake pads same time as Axle, 3 new motor mounts, new coil pack. And wires and plugs in last 6 months, Rear Upper, Lower Arm & Watts Link for rear 3 months ago, both lower control arms but one has bad lower ball joint was bad was going to take back under warranty but then broke down, new sway bar links front and tie rods last summer, new radiator fan 6 months ago
used radiator from junk at time of radiator fan change, new front wheel bearings 6 months ago, rear wheel bearings 8 months ago many other parts. Had 138,? Miles when timing chain snapped was one of my daughter s car but got different car and I didn't want to put any more $$ into it

Extremely helpful for an unexpected part replacement. Someone had clipped, and by clipped I mean appeared to have hit my side mirror at highway speed on a residential side street with how badly it was ripped off the base and yeeted 300 yards down. Called a few junkyards downtown, was unable to source the part / overquoted for it. Decided to call up Wilbert’s after Advanced Auto Parts in West Seneca suggested to give them a try. Steve was immediately able to confirm he had up to 3 models to try to pull the part from. Arrived a half hour later and was surprised at how clean, organized, and dry the yard was. I was able to easily locate the car to pull the mirror from, and after having some issues removing the clips/wiring I called from the car itself - and was given assistance with the issue, no judgment, didn’t make me feel dumb doing this for the first time. I really appreciate y’all making this such an easy experience replacing a part on my own and not overcharging for a cheap hunk of plastic from GM. Thank you, definitely will return if ever needed and send others your way!

I am so glad I was referred to Wilbert's U-Pull it! They were really nice and professional. The Chevy Silverado I had was a great truck, and when the body gave out as trucks will eventually do, the engine still had a lot of life left in it. They gave me a great price for my truck. Way more than if I just scrapped it by weight. And the parts that are still good will be used and benifit some one else. What more could you ask for? The tow truck drivers (Stormy Towing Co.) where very nice, professional and they got my old truck loaded up quickly and safely. I got paid right way and off they went with my first and favorite truck. I would definitely refer to a friend or family member! And I would definitely use there services in the future!

Absolutely amazing facility, all vehicles are off the ground, new inventory often, sinks to wash up after and plenty of carts and wheel barrows to use! Staff is also super friendly and always great.

I've been to a few pull a parts/junkyards and this one is by far the best I've seen! Clean, professional exterior and interior lobby. The yard was well organized and the porta potty was even clean and didn't smell! I was happy to see card readers rather than cash only but today they weren't working. Atm on site. Wheelbarrows and sinks available as well! World's above than any trailer junkyard imo. They. Would even search inventory for their other locations as well!

Great place for used automotive parts. They also 2 other locations. Williamson and Bath NY. They have an awesome website to check vehicle availability at all locations. They have a huge inventory at the Williamson location. The Elma location in fairly new so their inventory is not as big yet. I havent been to the bath location yet, but plan on doing it soon. Super organized, all vehicles are off the ground, well marked rows.
