I keep on coming back and this man DONT miss.last night I left my phone on my truck bed drove off and destroyed the screen. Stopped by my main man wills shop and in a matter of 2 hours I had my phone back.couldn't be happier good prices and proficient work always

S23 ultra. Will is extremely good at what he does. He's also very quick. He changed my broken screen on my prior which nowadays is the the whole phone.this time he fixed my broken charging port within an hr. He did these jobs prior to holidays on two different occasions.

Will was very helpful, I stopped by with my phone that had a battery issue, and he fixed it for me within 30 mins

Went in to fix an iPad screen that was cracked and no matter how many times I tried to replace the screen myself I couldn't get it to work. They were able to fix it for me here and went above and beyond. Customer service here is top tier. So happy I found this place!

After being mad for about a week for cracking my screen and not having insurance, my friends recommended WillFixIt. Let me tell you, best decision! First, I work till 5 pm, but I called to let them know I was on my way, and they promised to stay open. The fix was quick - about 20-30 mins. And to my suprise, he added a screen protector - which probably ensures I wont be back there in a week. The price was extremely reasonable- better than all the places I called in Queens/Nassau.

Moral of the story: broken/cracked phone - run to WILLFIXIT!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place, I had a broken Retina display on my newer MacBook Pro and after getting hit with an insane price by Apple to replace it I reached out to Will at willfixit and he gave me a variety of options ranging from third party replacement options and even OEM genuine Apple replacement options. His prices beat out every other place I went to and his knowledge on his products and services was immense. He gave me all the details on different options and made the process really easy and at a way more affordable price than other places. Apple offered the same repair for 800 while he offered it at a fraction of the price. I called up to ask questions and he went above and beyond to help me out. I had my Samsung phone fixed here. The power button wasnt working properly and they fixed it within an hour at a cheap 40 bucks! I could not thank these guys enough. They were friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have technology troubles agian this place will be my go to!

Great service with great prices. I had a broken phone that was already replaced, but I needed information from it. Will put a temporary screen just to do what I needed. I will always trust them with any screen or computer.
