Dr. Caldwell is so knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients. He takes his time to answer all of my questions and I always leave his office feeling better than I did when I went in! I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. Wish it was possible to give him more than 5 stars!
Wish a human being would answer the phone. Frustrating to have to leave messages, especially when a prescription renewal I asked for was incorrect. On vacation, in Maine at the pharmacy with wrong prescription and NO WAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN! Aggravating as hell considering the Doctor is a great guy.
Dr. Caldwell has been my pain mgt doctor fir several years. He takes his time and answers questions, thoroughly. As for the procedure he is right on target and hits the spot. Pain-free! The rest of the staff is also competent and helpful. I highly recommend.
Very Proffesional and concerned Doctor that I've ever had in my life. He takes time to come up with a "plan" and has relieved my pain tremendously. I will never be without pain but he works with me to relieve it as much as possible.
His staff is very courteous and his office manager Sheila is the greatest! I've been seeing him for almost 4 yrs and would never think of seeing anyone else!
