I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light in May 2018. This accident resulted in a major neck injury that required a three level cervical fusion with a partial verbrectomy. This was a very painful injury with risk of paralysis. The surgery was difficult and recovery was very long and hard for me. I was fortunate enough to work with Joe Canepa who was my ligation attorney at the Williamsville office and Morgan Thomas was my paralegal. They worked very hard on my case and were always very kind and courteous. They always made me feel important and took time to talk with me on the phone whenever needed. Good law firm, very professional staff, not the outcome I had hoped for. Not even close, but the laws have changed and it's difficult to get money out of insurance companies. Without risking everything. But they definitely tried their best, they did what they could.

They are crooked as the insurance companies, very rude when you call in and they will tell you anything you want to hear until they get thier check then they treat you like garbage! I wouldn't get help from them, they are good at what they do, they even prevent people from writing on thier fb FB page, I'm guessing to limit negative reviews about them!

You never get what you think. I lost more staying out of work after a bad accdent and hurting my neck and back.even the medical was more then I got.they also charge 33% of what u get and if u have more then one case they do them each with a 33% charge to make more.
