Hello Good Afternoon, I am Frederic Simmons Niece I am not sure where I should Start.lol Open arriving at this facility I was not sure what I should expect which I have not seen my uncle in 4 years and prior too that it was 7/8 years ago (family issues and covid). When I came on to the facility property I was not sure if I was even at the right place or even if my uncle was still alive as Covid just ended and alot of elderly ppl died. When I tell you how happy I was to see my Uncle Freddy sitting in that chair looking soo good, looking well taken cared for, staffed looked happy and was very proud to have seen a family member. I was shocked to learn that they never seen his family never heard of any family members and he was there all alone and by himself.my uncle was looking good he had a nice clean haircut his clothes looked great and most of all and most important he looked HAPPY! And man when I saw that beautiful smile again I cried cause I knew how much I missed my uncle, I missed my dad, the person that was always there for me helping out my mom who was a single parent. All that my uncle went through in his life I am so happy to have him back in my life knowing that where he is at he is safe, well cared for and loved. I appreciate all the staff that day and a special shoutout to the 2 ladies I did not get their names unfortunately but will forever remember their faces. I thank them for everything and all the STAFF! I know my uncle is not easy to deal with, but it takes a VILLAGE and I am very happy to have that for him. GREAT place for your loved ones I left my uncle there knowing he is safe and will be fine til I come back next time. Thank you Williambridge Center for everything you have made my family proud and most of all you have kept a smile on my uncles face and a special place in my heart.

This is a very nice facility. I am very thankful to be able to be in this nursing home. The staff are kind, understanding and important. They are always there to help us with our needs. Recreation, social services always keeps me feeling alive and living with purpose despite my condition. Forever grateful for williamsbridge center. - Valerie Clark

The lies on this review and you people are kidding me with those photos I have not been there 1 time and it did not smell like death and urine. The staff shouldn't be allowed to care for pig let alone a human. My brother in law was there he was a big guy He had messed his clothes up and I asked could he be changed the lady said she had to ask supervisor could someone change him. I am like what? Several people were asked and they kept saying he was 2 big we need help after about an hour of begging I finally ask for supplies and did it myself.which they were glad to let me do. Then I said he is not looking right I want him sent to hospital after going back and forth with them on that we they finally called an senior van which took another 2 hours to get there when my brother in law finally made it to hospital he was in full kidney failure. I worked in a nursing home I know you monitor intake and outtake daily. The nursing home gave no updates as to what hospital he was sent to. I found him on my on.well 1 week in hospital he was on a breathing machine while the family had to make the hard choice to let him go. Yes he has since passed on. He came to be rehabilitated and they did noting but let him get worse broke his spirit his mind and eventually his body. Now lets see if you gonna be honest with the people and post this post.if nothing else I hope the workers, owners read this and makes some serious changes would you want you or your family member treated like this you know exactly which patient I am talking about cause he just died and you all should be ashamed of yourself.

At first, we weren't too pleased with the facility. The staff changed our outlook. It's not the most pleasing looking facility, but the love and care my unlce received from Williamsbridge Nursing Home and Rehabilitation, is beyond what we ever would of expected. My uncle died in good hands. I want to thank each and every staff member who made my unlce feel like he was at home. We appreciate each and every one of you

They brought my mom to an appointment and made her sit there for hours, despite me calling twice a few days before, and the morning of telling the whole team and the nurse supervisor that those apts were cancelled. The nurse gave me attitude on the phone saying "yeah, we know that because she was just hospitalized a lot of appointments get cancelled", then they proceeded to take her to the appointment in the Bronx (with a brand new doctor that wasn't qualified for her condition) and make her sit there for hours! Another day, they never got a ride to the specialists appointment so I had to go and get my mom personally, and help her into my car. No assistance from their staff at all, not even holding the doors open for her wheel chair (luckily my boyfriend was there to help because she was unable to walk). I would call everyday and visit multiple times a week because it was hard getting updates from nurses, during a very critical point in my mother’s life. They started getting annoyed by my persistence so they kept forwarding my calls, transferring me 3 times, and then telling me that the doctor wasn't there to speak to, or that the nurse was busy and she would never call back. Very frustrating, do not bring your loved ones here.

The exterior is unkept, with weeds growing all over an illegal generator. Crumbling sidewalk.
There is a shack along the sidewalk that is tagged with graffiti, and its purpose is unclear.
Staff members are unfriendly and frequently seen smoking near residents' windows.
The staff also have a habit of littering trash.
The observed conditions raise concerns about a general lack of quality and poor oversight throughout the institution.

Williamsbridge nursing home is the best hands down. From the moment you walk into the building security greets you and, they are extremely welcoming. Nana who is the Director of Nursing is the best hands down! He is very responsive and he is dedicated to his job. He always follows up and I could not of ask for anyone better. Williambridge continue to keep doing what you are doing, as you are doing God’s work. Thank you for all that you do.

Everybody is overworked, underpaid, and tired and it shows. Long term I was there three years so my review is not from the outside looking in. It's from the inside not as a visitor but an ex-resident. Everyone does their assigned job most do it well while others are just there for a paycheck not unusual in any field. Some residents are difficult while others just are. There no funny smells or locks on the doors the only locked door lead outside and some people can't be trusted to go out and come back, those people can still go out only not alone and they do have outside events and inside activities. I moved to another facility because they do not do assisted living if they did I would still be there.

This facility is very beautiful and clean, and the staff are very caring. I would suggest this place over any skilled nursing facility!

Social worker Hines from Lincoln hospital recomendad this place for our 83 year old mom. From the outside looked ok but once In side it looked like the house of horrors. Plaster falling from walls. Cement tiles missing from bathrooms. Food always cold.medical staff extremely rude to our family that I had to speak to social worker and director about thier behavior One CNA missed part of of the medication for our mom. Urine soaked pamper left on our mom for more than 10 hours. Medical staff knowing our mom could not feed herself would bring her food tray leave it across from her bed and all our mom could do was stare at the food cause she could not walk. A spot of fecal matter was on a wall in her room, a man looking in his pants putting his hands in his private parts a woman in a wheel chair crying for help saying she will take the staff to court.there were a mix of midddled aged men who were mentally challenged place with the elderly, water bugs crawling from the bathroom in to hallways. Paint chip scratched in the walls. Garbage left on floors. Truly a house of horrors.please save your self the stress and heart ache. Our family was extremely relieved when we removed from this place. Fair warning don’t bring your love ones here.
