After a few awful dental experiences at “state of the art, celebrity dentists” I was referred here by a friend and these guys, from scheduling initial appointment to the cleaning, to the dentist, I have to say hands down the BEST dental office ever. I’ve already told everyone that I’ve spoken to today to schedule their first appointment there. The receptionists are amazing, the oral hygienist just as nice but more importantly COMPETENT! They also take COVID very seriously and every precaution is in place and actually observed. The dentist is clear and honest and just as wonderful. I felt like they cared and were treating me like they’d treat family. I have super high standards and expectations, so take it from me- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They care and don’t waste your time or money!

The worst place to come the receptionist manager she is very unprofessional not only that rude and nasty yelling over the phone and they always want to reschedule but when you call to let them know you have to reschedule it’s a problem and all they want is your money worst place to come to. The rating of this place is a 4.5 it needs to be changed to a 1.5 very bad service they need to teach them some training on how to speak to people with respect

I contacted them online about my loose bonded retainer issue during the evening. I appreciate them getting back to me the very next day. As soon as I arrived I did my paperwork and then i was seen by the orthodontist. I appreciate his honesty. I’m glad he told me to wear my retainers day and night and not just during the night time so that my teeth can remain straight. I want to make this office the place i go instead of traveling all the way to manhattan. Thank you again!

I've been a patient of Dr. Golden now for almost 7 years. All the employees are friendly and make you feel welcomed. The office is very clean. Never had to wait, I'm always taking on time for my appointment. Any work that I had done was painless. I always see Trayce for my cleanings and she's awesome.

Went for a check-up and cleaning. Setting up the appointment was easy, especially with the online resources provided on their site. Front desk runs a tight ship, so definitely be on time. The hygienist Tracy, was very kind and professional and efficient with her care. Tracy was not aggressive with the cleaning, she was very through and deft (skillful) with the cleaning. Definitely recommend this dental office if you are in the Bronx.

The dentist and staff are exceptional and professional. Dr. Golden, the dentist is conservative and does not do dental work that is not necessary. My 95 year old husband and I greatly appreciate this.
