The service is great but I'm giving this place only 3 stars because the front desk dosen't take your temperature upon entering or ask if you're experiencing any of the covid-19 symptoms. Seating is haphazard.not a good place to feel secure in times like these especially for a medical facility.

Absolutely horrible. They burned the wrong CD 4 times making me waste 2 days and over $75 is cabs. Their staff is beyond incompetent and have the nerve to be rude to boot.

The cushions on the seats were so disgusting I refused to sit on them. Utterly shameful.

As I entered into the office there was a huge open space and two desks where a patient would check in. Clearly they are just setting up and are expecting furniture. That's understood and understandable. Also, their computers went down and there were several people standing up waiting to check in. These things happen, not so much a big deal also understandable. What was a big deal was how the "manager" Judy Twersky came out a few times looked around at the patients standing all around and only addressed the staff, in an extremely rude manner. She stated that the computers were down there's nothing that can be done we just have to wait. At no point did she offer an apology, at no point did she address the patients except for the time we overheard her saying "they just have to wait". She did not offer chairs, she did not offer an apology, she did not inform us that there were system issues. A patient spoke up and asked for chairs which Judy then brought some patients to the back to sit. She then came back out and spoke so rudely to Rebecca, the lady who was worKing hard to keep the patients at ease, and ended by saying "you need a chill pill". I was in shock as were the other patients. The ladies who were checking patients in were very professional and trying their best to keep patients aware of what was happening. The manager created a toxic environment instead of addressing the issues in a professional manner. She spoke to her staff in such a deplorable way. Judy clearly needs sensitivity training as her approach to both the patients and her staff was a disgrace. There is simply no excuse for her unprofessionalism as she repeatedly came out and communicated with the same harsh nasty attitude. I wonder where her manager is and if they are aware of her behavior. I am a professional with staff and would never behave so unprofessionally or treat staff or clients in such poor taste. Shame on her! The one star is for the front line staff! Kudos to the two ladies who held down the fort.in a professional manner!

In my opinion This place is a filthy dump. I wouldn't bring my animals here. Walked out and went to a hospital

My visit to Williamsburg Medical Imaging is the perfect example of why the average person avoids seeking medical help. The technician, Elena, was the most unprofessional medical personnel I have ever experienced. For someone tasked with such a personal test (ultrasound), it was very jarring to have to work with someone so insensitive and presumptuous. When I finally stopped swallowing my discomfort, she responded by refusing to continue my exam, which I am very thankful for. It has been almost two weeks since my exam and my doctor has still not received any results.

This is an excellent service! They registered me quick and early morning service is fast. People was pleased to talk to you. Great visit!

Extremely poor service, booked an appointment and upon arrival was told it wasn't booked, wait time will be 2 hours then was told another 2 hours, called in many times and got voice mails or transfered to people who didn't know much, I highly recommend they fix their system, I hope the images have better quality and aren't at risk of miss diagnostic.

Whole it’s a nice office and good staff, waiting is ALWAYS at least half an hour even with An appointment.

WARNING: when I went for an MRI I was told to undress behind a curtain in a hallway, put on that non covering open back hospital gown, and wait over 10 minutes In a public crossing hallway. If you’re sensitive to this, or if you’re a women, think about it before coming

WILLIAMSBURG BROOKLYN IMAGES. Your image has always been top notch in my book. I have been going here since it opened. I am a native of Williamsburg, Brooklyn I take pride in my neighborhood businesses. Loved going to this center for all my x-rays, mammograms, sonograms etc. Rem=commend them highly.

This place does a great job. The girls in the front know what they are doing and work very well. The technician are kind and understanding. We were in and out with no problems and fast results.

I am waited two hours to take a bone density scan, it seems the same technician who does X Ray does this as well. They claim they were very busy, if they would set up appointments this wouldn't happen.
That's how it used by appointment only.
Will have to think twice about coming here again.
The technician was very good and understood my frustration, I upped my Stars for that.
