Camera arrived as promised and Willoughby’s staff called before and after the camera order was placed to help with order

Great experience and very friendly. They warned me that the lens I intended to purchase was a low cost version with a plastic mounting ring so I opted for the higher quality verson

If it sounds too good to be true, it’s too good to be true.

Bought an x100v online, got a confirmation email but no card charge, a few days later received a call asking me if I wanted to “upgrade” my “import” purchase to the “domestic” version. If you’re reading this, please understand that there is no international model for this camera. They’re lying to you in hopes that you’ll fall for the $400 upcharge. After a few more days of my purchase still not being shipped, I called them back and they were suddenly out of stock for the “import” model I previously said yes to…which leads me to believe they intentionally listed a low price on their website, called in hopes of getting me to pay more, and had no intention of actually shipping anything to me - because remember, my card was never charged! Really shameful business tactics, do not shop here.

I should have read reviews first! Called saying I orders euro version up charge
for US version. Then the camera I did get quit working 7 weeks after it
Arrived and had to send back to Nikon

Friendly and helpful customer service. It was nice that they called after I placed my order to verify that the items I had selected were actually the correct items I wanted.

I had been stressing about what camera to buy and where to buy it from for weeks. At one point I had 12 tabs open of just camera models and 3 comparison site tabs open. When I finally made a decision, I had accidentally purchased the import version of the Sony a7iii and Malcom called to inform me about it. I went pale and I think my heart burst some sort of ventricle. But he quickly got me setup on the right track as quickly and efficiently as possible, literally saving me time and money, something I need every bit of right now. I plan on furthering my camera setup through Willoughby’s as soon as possible.

Very helpful. Once I ordered they called to confirm my order and I ordered the wrong version online. The person on the phone was able to fix my order and I got my camera in a timely manner.

Really good service. I actually ordered the wrong lens in error, and because they know their stuff they called to verify whether I needed the import US version. They corrected the order and saved me a headache. Got the lens very fast also.
