Willow Creek Venue, Lakeville NY

My sister recently held her wedding reception at Willow Creek and I wholeheartedly recommend them for a wedding or any other event! The space is beautiful, with a breathtaking bridal suite and a nice groom's room, separate areas for cocktail hour and formal reception, plenty of parking, pretty spaces indoors and out for photos, and most of all, incredibly helpful staff. The owner, Vicki, went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly, from coordinating with other vendors prior to and during the event, to allowing us to change our bar package multiple times. Vicki even created the gorgeous cake topper in the photo for my sister on the day of her wedding when we realized we didn't have one. Two of Vicki's family members (daughter Nicole and I think daughter in law?) bartended during our event and did a great job. I don't think we made a single request throughout this entire process that Willow Creek said "no" to. They also have an amazing supply of decorations (vases, candles, easels, archways, table numbers, etc.) that you have access to which is a huge money and stress saver! After our event, we didn't need to lift a finger: all of our decorations and belongings were carefully packed up and we just picked them up and were good to go! We are so grateful to have discovered Willow Creek and I highly recommend you host your event there!

We celebrated our daughter's Quinceañera there and from day one the owners were fantastic, amazing, caring, very accommodating, trustworthy and most of all super helpful. They are hands on people and not afraid to work. Their venue was BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT for my daughter's special celebration. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is searching for that perfect and magical party to host. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I received so many compliments from my family and friends who didn't even know this place existed. Thank you Vicki and family for giving us the BEST experience ever! It exceeded by far our expectations. We will definitely be back to celebrate future parties there and special celebrations.

If I could give willow creek a 10 star rating I would. This place is amazing I just had my wedding there. The venue is beautiful lots of space. Bridal sweet was my favorite The owner Vicky is such a wonderful person! She was so sweet and so helpful all of my guests and vendors complimented everything about her venue as well as her as a host. I would definitely choose Willow creek for any event and recommend 10000 times over!

Visited for nephews wedding and reception at this banquet hall. Very nice and clean. Traveled to Rochester, New York from Chicago, il and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations in the facility.

Willow Creek offered a very nice atmosphere to host events in their spacious facility. A little way's from most places, but a nice drive.

Absolutely amazing! Just held my wedding there and it was beautiful! Vicki is so nice and willing to help with all your needs. I’m in the military and am stationed out of state so I really appreciated all the easy communication through email, text, and phone calls. Super professional all around and just absolutely stunning. I highly recommend going and taking a look inside because you’ll fall in love!
