I just moved in and so far and it's been a great experience. Melanie was really easy to work with and prompt whenever I had any questions. Mason was also helpful. The residents seem friendly and the grounds look clean/well kept.

In July, we were in the rental office to renew our lease, and my wife happened to mention that our kitchen faucet needed some work. A few days later maintenance dropped by to fix it. Mason's timing was excellent and he was in and out in no time.

They have good apartments the only thing is some older things in the kitchen and the distance I have to drive to work but that's my own problem so I say pretty good place to live.

During the whole water damage situation last year, Mason and Bill really helped me out, especially since I only had a few hours to leave.

Mason was EXTREMELY helpful! Had a few items that needed repair and Mason was over in less than an hour of submitting the request! Quick and friendly!

The floors are insanely creaky. I can hear everything the upstairs neighbor does.

The real kicker is that it's almost impossible to get ahold of the leasing office. They never answer the phone. If you leave a message they might call you back in a week. They do not have any email contact info on their website and I think this is done on purpose.

Open a leasing office ticket? Nah, they'll just close it for no reason without contacting you.

Just got a notice that all bikes are to be removed from the bike storage on three days. Where is the new bike storage? Their website says there's bike storage.

This was my first ever apartment and the experience was very unenjoyable! When we arrived the sink was overflown with brown water and gunk. Tape and bugs were painted over on the walls and it was not very clean. The pictures are extremely deceiving online! The hallways smell like cigarettes AND THE COST TO DO LAUNDRY IS TERRIBLE! The pool is as deep as a kiddie pool and the tennis court needs maintenance. It’s just not worth the price!
Look elsewhere in Brockport NY!

The townhouse was not finished when I moved in. A year later they raised the rent $290. I tried to pay November's rent but something went wrong. I put the money in their account and they applied it to December's rent instead and never attempted to collect November's rent. Not even a message nor email. I literally put the money in their account and days later asked them to take it. There has been snow out front on the walkway to my front door for a week now and they haven't removed it. Ever since the new company took over years ago this place has gone downhill. They do nothing when you bring matters up but lie to your face saying they'll do something yet they never do. As soin as I have the money saved up I am buying my lease out and moving. May even talk to a lawyer.

Maintenance team is quick and helpful. The kitchen sink disposal started leaking and Mason was there to fix it right away. Thank you Mason!

My boyfriend and I toured and applied to these apartments. We liked the place we saw, and were more than qualified to be approved. So we paid the $40 application fee, told them we were extremely flexible as to when we can move in, had the money upfront and ready for first month & security. They ghosted us. We had to call them multiple times asking when we will find out if we’re approved. We called like once a week to check on the process, and got the same answer “Oh we’ll call you back we forgot to send something through” everytime. They NEVER called us once. Eventually they just ghosted us! They started DECLINING our calls, I left a nice voicemail asking why they ghosted us because we were very friendly and very much qualified to be approved. They were very unprofessional and seems like they just wanted the application fee money. I wouldn’t recommend applying here. Waste of time.

Very disappointed with this apartment complex. There was a frozen pipe that bursted on Christmas Eve, and no one notified my daughter the tenant, and a SUNY Brockport student until she went back to her apartment on 12/26. There were people in and out of her apartment without her knowledge, and her door was unlocked. No one knows where her vacuum cleaner is, or her butcher block knife set. Their lack of communication over the last three weeks about this has been pathetic. We have asked for her security deposit back on several occasions, but no response. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I am a fellow resident in a town home I have several concerns into regards of why my rent is $1680 a month! (Town home). This is absolutely ridiculous. I have spoke to the office several times in regards to this but they always give me the same response. (“Yeah that is very high especially to other tenants let alone the current rates” then they state they will get back to me… which they never do.

I have so many red flags since I’ve signed up to reside here… such as
-same day move in I was allowed to move my belongings in the same day I filled out the application form
-the rate of the town home I’m in was not listed in the ad online
-I’ve had to do a lot of my own repairs due to lack of communication on offices part to make a work order.

This is absolutely ridiculous I’ve been waiting for 2 months now and they havnt made any progress. $1680 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath! I can go anywhere for that rate!

Our oven wasn’t working, Mason came to fix it and he was great! Very friendly and he went above and beyond for us, replacing the element and connection. Mason is a great guy!

Well maintained apts, landscaping, and overall grounds. Friendly management. My favorite part of living here is the silence. I hear only birds and nature sounds all day and night. It's great!

This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at, there is no snow removal or ice care during the winter, they have hidden fees and will try to make you sign a lease for a different apartment than agreed upon (definitely make sure you’re touring the unit YOURE renting and read over the lease multiple times as they will claim to include certain amenities that if you read through your lease aren’t actually included, the apartments are old and outdated with appliances in them as early as 2001… yet they’re charging 1000$ currently for just a 1 bedroom apartment that has paper thin walls, rude and loud neighbors, and the management is known for being negligent and rude.

We were treated with courtesy and compassion. They are very professional and made our move here very easy. I recommend 7 stars for Willowbrooke. Our townhouse is very nice and we feel at home.
