Wilson Beef Farms, Canaseraga NY

We ordered 3 different kinds of beef sticks from the local little league teams. All of them were greasy, the jalapeño ones were dry the cheese was dry. The teriyaki were greasy with no taste and the beef cheddar were dry.

I stopped up here to get some beef short ribs and asked if I had to call in advance about getting some marrow bones cut in half for some roasted beef marrow. They said that wasn't necessary just give them a couple of minutes. Well low and behold they came back with a few and they were fresh ones.
Incredible customer service here and super high quality and local product.

First visit to Wilson Beef Farms did not disappoint. An impeccably clean& beautiful shop. Bright and full of well placed tables displaying many different beef treats such as jalapeño beef sticks, as well as other delicious items. A full glass encased wall features their fine cuts of meats. The staff, so helpful and friendly. Hard to believe they have cattle, as there wasn't any odor outside. If you're a meat lover, you have to visit Wilson Beef Farms. It was well worth my hour plus drive. You can call ahead to place your order so it will be ready when you arrive. Have dogs? Then check out, " Pamper your pet" (that won my heart). My giant breed dogs went crazy for their bones! Highly recommended to my neighbors/friends. Most definitely will return. High quality meats, lots of jerky and meat sticks, jalapeno cheddar summer sausage and hot dogs are really good, great big doggie bones for cheap, excellent at venison processing. Friendly staff. Outstanding non shrinking bacon!

Just a place for the employees to hook up and ruin marriages. Their meat processor Joe is about as shady as they come. Runs his own side processing business and that gets even worse. Sad the Wilson's let such unethical people work for them.

I had a problem ordering on my phone. Britteny saw this and called first thing Saturday. I'm amazed with the customer service and ABSOLUTELY will I order again.

I was riding my motorcycle to there to grab stuff for the smoker for the 4th of july and ended up having dizzy spell and couldn't ride my bike safely so i asked the young ladies working if i can leave my bike there till that night when i could pick it up they never even had to think about it never had an issue place was wonderful and respectful.

I tried to place an order as a gift for someone else. The online order would not go through, said "card address does not match shipping address. " On any other website this is not a problem. I tried to put it through twice, no no avail, same error. Called my bank, changed the card address to the shipping address. Tried to place order a third time, got same error message. The next day I see on my bank account I have been charged THREE TIMES for the same order. I called Wilson Beef Farms and was politely told to call my bank, they are sorry but there is "nothing" they can do. They also said they show no order that went through, nothing pending on their end. No offer of credit, to make it right, to try again later after speaking with bank and will get free shipping, nothing, no taking responsibility for a shotty website or problem nor any offer to make it right. I called my bank, they show the three charges, they say they will credit them and have no idea why the error occurred nor why the order didn't go through or why it was charged three times to my card. I waited about 4 days and my bank refunded me. I will not be ordering online from W. B. Farms and will go with someone else.

We are from out of state and raise our own but were out of steaks, we stoppped in while camping in the area and this is the closest steak we have had to the beef we raise at home. Very friendly staff, clean facility, nice selection!

If I had 4 large chest sized freezers I'd buy all their displayed meats. Their products are excellent as well as their helpful staff. This is, by far, the best place to buy meats, sauces, and cheese in New York State.

Best place for quality meat! I have tried many different kinds of meat product and they all taste so good. It becomes my go to meat shop.

I would like to have the option of getting my own meet back. The venison I want to eat is what they have been eating off my property (acorns, corn, pumpkin, apples) the things that grow on my property, NOT someone else’s.

The jerky and meat sticks they make and sell are awesome. We take regular trips down there few times a year. The hot dogs they make are also great. Prefer them to our local big brand.
They can also do custom orders and cuts if you reach out to them which I have done in past. Great place

First time I have taken venison here to be processed and I am very happy with how easy they made it to order everything
