Wilson Dental, Binghamton NY

I couldn't make the demands because I had so much going on and also was vomiting the day they called for me to confirm my appointment. They didn't let me explain anything and hung up on me instantly and when I said yeah they took it as a confrirmation. Instead I was saying like yea, your calling about the surgery. Then they firmly hung up on me after they believed they got a confirmation and I didn't confirm anything. They just took my yeah as a confrirmation. They asked nothing and only said this is about a confirmation and I said yeah to a question that wasn't asked apparently.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but they are all very kind to me and I trust their work.

Horrible dental service for senior citizens! Made me have x-rays and cleanings and even canceled appointments on me. Now they say they do not do oral surgery on anyone over 70. I was not over 70 before they canceled appointments. I do not recommend them at all.

By far the worse dentist I've ever been to started out they was 30 minutes late with my appointment then the nurse was rude to me acting like I was incompetent then proceeded to step on my feet the whole time and then during x-rays got the cord to the piece that was in my mouth wrapped around her foot and instead of untangling her foot she kicked her foot forward ripping the piece out of my mouth and cracked my tooth then very rude went sorry and handed me a paper towel after it hit me in the face

I drove all the way from Corning and had to stand in line to be checked in. When I did get to the window finally they said they couldn’t see me because I was late which was ridiculous because I was there standing in line. So I would not recommend this place at all. What a waste of my day!

Terrible couldn't even perform a tooth extraction left chunks of tooth in my gum line. Very unsympathetic and uncompassionate when I went back I requested something to numb it for the X-ray because the gum line is sore from thire doctor, said they can't do that I said okay being that you don't have a bathroom and you can't offer me anything I'm going to go use a public bathroom apply my Anbsol and I'll be right back. When I came back and canceled all my appointments me while I'm in pain and I've used up all my x-rays so now I have to pay at another place and wait for an appointment while I'm in pain.

The dentist was Amazing! She was awesome! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and she helped relieve my nerves.
She made the visit worthwhile!

The girl I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was very kind and pleasant. All of the staff in the office were professional & very nice, all of them.

This place is a joke! My son was there on time 7: 32 am for his 7: 30am appointment and sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes to get his braces removed all for them to tell him he was late even know he was NOT. They would not remove his braces!

I had a crown fall out that was placed there a year and a half or so. I took a cancelled appointment, otherwise they could not see me for 3 months. I got there early and checked in. Waited till 20 minutes after my appointment to be seen. Got full set of x-rays, and taken to chair. Dr came in looked and said we don't have time for that today. I showed her the crown they put in. She said that she could not use it. I asked if it should be thrown out and she said yes. Other than the crown fiasco, I enjoy there service normally. Very little pain.

After years of going to the dentist in the Binghamton general hospital they no longer provide certain procedures so I needed to find another dentist. I originally went to Binghamton Dental on Robinson st and the service was less than poor. The dentist is very dismissive and rude. I had heard stories about Wilson dental and to say the least I was terrified to go there. Fact is they are quick friendly clean kind and courteous. The Dentist I specifically saw was very good to me. He listened to me and showed great empathy and skill. I am 2 more visits from completion of my full service. So far so good and I will let you know how it ends!

It should be illegal that all Wilson dental locations will only provide you with oral survey if you have 3 teeth or more to extract. Shame on you.

Had my first visit today. Staff was courteous and professional. I was called back quickly and finished the appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the service I received.

I called to inquire about a cleaning for my teeth, and the receptionist did not understand I had insurance through Delta Dental via their PPO plan and did not know what it was.

The receptionist also acted in an unprofessional manner and needed to learn more about insurance types that are available.

Feel dentist should if come talked to me and told me about cavities and let me set up appt instead of hearing from my kids that they have to come back

Went for full extraction consultation, was taking back quick for xrays and also back to discuss the procedure with Carly, staff was friendly and Carly explained everything and answered my questions with out a problem glad I ignored the negative reviews
