Wilson Dental, Waverly NY

Had an appointment at 115 for a tooth pulling. Was there at 110 didnt get called back til 145. Was given novacain and then for the next 30 mins i was left in that chair waiting and waiting. After i waited an hr after my appointment i left. If my appointment is at 115 i expect to be seen and taken care of within 30 mins. Why only 1 dentist when u have appointment all day yet if im 5 mins late i loose appointment?
Will never be going back there again. Rather my teeth rot
Edit; forgot to mention during my appointment after the novacain the dentist started on thr mext patient which was a root canal without finisjing my appointment. Will be looking into legal action

I have no idea how I'm ever going to be able to wear dentures? The dentist broke pieces out of my jaw bone and I sharp spots all over my mouth. How long did it take you to find a dependent if Dr Mangala to work for you? !? !? !

The staff was friendly and professional. I did not wait too long. The work that was done is still " good", although.it is only a month or two since it was done. The dentist must have been busy.he was very direct and.did not talk to me except to instruct me as he worked on me. That was okay, I guess. He was still professional. Thank you for your work in Waverly.

Staff is great, very friendly. I got an appointment very quickly even as a new patient. Hygienist did a good, professional job. Dentist is very good, very fast, but not very personable. This is the only reason for the four star rating. Everything else was good.

Only negative I had an appointment at 8: 15 drove from Corning to get there on time. I sat in the room for an hour waiting for the doctor to come in. The first was a waiting time. The staff are great people. People should be seen as they come in the door at appointment time

If you want a dentist that gives you attitude for absolutely no reason, this is you're place.

I'm 60 and have been going to dentists for many years. Wilson Dental has been the absolute best, easiest experience ever out of so many. I see the neg reviews and so many positive that it makes me wonder about the neg ones. We live in a very entitled world anymore and I can't help but think that's a lot of the problem. I'm sure a lot are just getting back what they dish out. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I've been here when very busy and have never witnessed anything but excellent service to all. When You think about it, they except insurance others won't. Which means that the odds of the consumer being entitled irresponsible for their own provisions higher and more likely. A lot of entitled whiny people these days getting free everything and wanting everyone to tiptoe around them like they are some kind of special. My experience has been Great. Everyone in Waverly is very polite, down to earth, helpful, very quick and procedures have been painless. Best most thorough, knowledgeable Dentist I've ever gone to and I've been to many. This one is getting the job done also very honest plus cheap and again excepts Insurances that others won't!
Buck up Princesses! It's a dentist office. Not a luxury suite.

Very Happy now that everything is done and the hard part is finally over. This is a New Life Experience I had to go thru. The Good and the Bad. I'd have to say this process has been the worst 5 months of my entire life. But now I can forget about all the negatives and Smile Bright and Hard for all the Positives from here on out! Thank you to the ladies up front aswell they really showed me they Cared very much. Mite recommend temporary Immediate Dentures as a option everyone will take. 5 months without teeth really was not fun at all. Quick cheap suggestion so the next person doesn't have to go thru all these negatives at all. Also need Pain Medicine. Should be Givin immediately. But wilson doesn't prescribe ANYTHING. That needs to change immediately! But totally forgetting the horrible 5 months to focus on the Positive Future Now! It's very nice to have the best SMILE In the Room! Thank you!

I have been going here for a few years. The new dentist knows what he is doing and LISTENS to you. Quick and quality work.super friendly staff.

After seeing my 16 year old and getting her approved for 5 root canals refused to do the work because she had a small anxiety attack as she got there she did calm down and was ready but claimed he wasn't comfortable with her age and then they told me that I had to drive her 4 hours away and then offered assistance with a CPS worker for her anxiety, first of all you were notified of her diagnosis from appointment one of you weren't comfortable with dealing with her you should have never accepted her and set it up staff was rude and doctor was rude so not recommend if you have anyone with special needs who needs dental work this momma is livid

Friendly staff. They make you feel right at home. I had to reschedule my appointment and they had me in the next week.

I was really hoping that I didn't have to go far away to a dentist. And I'll be able to tell you more about this dentist by the time I get my false teeth uppers and lowers I really can't wait. I'm so looking forward to having a meal that I can actually chew!
