2Worst customer service. When I researched Isabelle Wilson online I noticed multiple bad reviews but decided to give it a try because I live close by. I scheduled an appointment and told the woman on the phone that I would film my face during part of it to show the machine, so I can write about the experience on my blog. The day of my appointment I was told I was not allowed to use my phone at all during the procedure. I've never had an establishment tell me I was not allowed to use my phone, even the best plastic surgeons. The woman on the phone had a horrible attitude and was quite rude. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment. The next place I called was more than happy to allow me to film my own face durning parts of the procedure.
Dr. Wilson is amazing. I've been seeing her for years. She is smart, kind and has wonderful bedside manner.
