They don't even deserve a one. I have never had a worse experience then every time I go to Windsong. The scheduler always messes up and can't read a calendar or dates. When confirming appointments and information they say yes your all set see you on said date then you show up and guess what. No appointment for you since it's weeks out from what they told you. Service is a joke there and they clearly don't care about the important reasons people go for these testings in the first place.
I called same day for an appointment for an x-ray. Very easy to get the location and time I needed. Once I got there they took me pretty quick. Very nice employees all around. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to windsong for many years and my experiences have always been very good. They are very professional and friendly.
Ridiculous wait on the phone to make an appointment, 3 tries, all with holds of 7-10 people in front of me. RESCHEDULED appointment is needed because more images are required. Starting the day AFTER my initial appointment I get five messages, on five different days, left on my phone, with no phone extension. Front desk is very rude that I don't know the number and they don't recognize the name. Person calls back finally leaves the extension number. I call back and now don't hear back from her.
UPDATE: The time I was given initially for the entire appointment was in fact, far off. The real time I'm told after the first photos, I also have to wait to see if I need more and an ultrasound. I work for a living. People depend on my return. Appointments are scheduled accordingly. There are 8 people in the waiting room for the same reasons I am. One patient returns and says they told her 2 more hours for pics and doctor to review. Everyone gets upset, no one had any idea of the time frame. I walked out, 1hour, 20 minutes after arriving and tell receptionist please call back to reschedule IF they need me to return after viewing and IF I need an ultrasound. She says "so, you are cancelling your appointment? " ME: Noooo, like I just said and YOU checked me in 1h20m ago - they took first films and told me there "might" be more. We have to wait for "x, y & z. " I cannot leave people waiting at my business for unscheduled time and time frames by Windsong. I'm NOT cancelling, the office failed to communicate and in consideration of my clients, I have to go. Please call me IF you need more pictures and ultrasound so I can schedule accordingly. The tech was really nice.
The way Windsong runs is crazy. If people are waiting and waiting, you are scheduling us like we are on a conveyor belt. There is no way an individual can get individual attention slotted in like they do here.
Communication and respect for client time here is horrible. A lump was seen two visits ago and only mentioned the last visit as "no change" in a lump I was unaware of! Response: "There was nothing to worry about. " ME: "THAT is my decision to know and make. "
Any faith I had in their communication and decision-making plummeted and I'm more than reluctant to return.
COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE
Two days later, I get a letter in the mail TWO WEEKS AFTER my first appointment telling me they "have been trying to reach me with no luck" (not even the truth, they didn't leave the correct call back info). So I've now been calling for three *more* days, finally get through the third day, and get a recording "they will call me back" from the department they sent me to.
Inefficiency at its best. I've easily spent five hours trying to return a call because they couldn't leave me a direct number and now, I wait again and can't make an appointment apparently until this unknown person calls me back.
Terrible service. The staff wouldn’t answer any of my simple questions, and gave me a really bad attitude simply for asking.
Windsong in Hamburg has always been the most amazing radiological site. The aesthetics are breathtaking! The people are just angels on earth! A thousand blessings to each one of them.

I had a really positive experience here, I was very nervous for the needle for my MRIA and the staff was very understanding and friendly. Everyone there was really considerate, made me feel comfortable and helped to calm me down.
Update* they did not send my doctor the report and the disk they sent me with did not contain any images. I have been trying to get in touch with them over the past few days and have not received a call back. Great experience in-office but this is getting rather frustrating.
The staff that took care of me at the Hamburg location today for my MRI were just wonderful! Very caring, attentive and friendly. They knew I was nervous because I have had a bad reaction to the contrast dye in the past. They kept asking me if I was okay during the procedure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
