Saw an item online- called the store and lauren was amazing! She located the item for me and placed it on hold for me until end of day because they were limited on stock! Thank you so much lauren!

We always had good experience visiting this shop. They really have impressive collections of Dresses. They used to have special aisle for discounted items for 7$ and 10$, unfortunately these days they have only for 10$ with limited options, hope they add more after few days. The staff had been very helpful and respectful we never faced any problems with them. Visit this shop for beautiful dresses.

Sales representatives are not familiar with products, when I asked for a specific item they told me to look up on the website or social media. When an order is placed online it takes forever to deliver. They should find a better carrier. Other companies deliver within 4 days.

You can just tell the staff hate their jobs! They aren’t helpful at all! They roll their eyes when asking a question smh! I will not be returning if I get treated like this every time I go

I’ve been searching for my prom dress for months and haven’t found the one until I went to the Windsor at the palisades mall. I looked around and tried on so many different dresses and styles. The dresses at Windsor were all so beautiful and affordable. There was one dress that I absolutely fell in love with but unfortunately it was no longer in my size. I was devastated and a little stressed that I would never see that dress again or find a dress that was anything like it. The store was about to close and I went over to the counter and told Cherline my situation. She was so patient and explained to me how that dress sold out very quickly. I honestly had no hope that I would ever see that dress again but she could tell how upset I was and she offered to help me. She was so sweet and she told me the moment she heard of that dress being restocked in my size she would let me know and a few days later she did exactly that. I went in on Sunday and she told me to give her a call on Tuesday. She looked for it serveral times and when she told me she found it I genuinely couldn’t believe it. Cherline told me to come in and she kept my dress on hold even when others wanted to buy it. Cherline and her team were extremely helpful and very reliable and because of them I now have my dream dress. Thank you CHERLINE and the team at Windsor you guys are amazing! I will definitely be coming back

I have shopped at Windsor at the Palisade Mall for many years and the customer service from the Manager, Sharlene is absolutely incredible. She always shows me the new items that have come in and recommends many items for my daughters. It’s always a great experience. She makes my shopping experience always pleasurable. Wish everyone was like her

Walked into the store was greeted by a retched worker telling me how to wear my face mask. After huffing and puffing around the mall I needed to have a little air in my life so my mask was slightly below my nose when I wasn’t around anyone. She was nasty as can be about how I should properly where my face covering, pretty much right in my face about it. No one else was in the store! The cdc just said cloth masks don’t work anyways so get your attitude together Windsor. Never shopping here again.

Horrible Experience! I was waiting on the counter trying to ask something but the sales associate just ignored and though she knew I was there she just ignored it instead of helping. I even called them to ask for help and they answered from faraway, didn’t even come close. I was so disappointed and just left.
Unprofessional behavior, it was very rude.

OMG! What a surprise! Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Helped in every way possible. Amazing merchandise at awesome prices. I stumbled upon it waiting for my daughter and was glad I did! I'm pushing 55 and one would think this place would be for the younger crowd but I found PLENTY! Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is you're not shopping at Neiman Marcus. The atmosphere is a small, lots of things stuffed into a small place, mall store.

It felt like a wedding store and yet we found nothing.but there is alot of good tiny hand bags

The staff was so helpful. The manager tonight really helped me find the right dress for my best friends wedding and put me onto where I need to my alterations.
