Worst shoe shopping experience ever. They were incredibly lazy and reluctant to help. Their men's shoe selection is horrible. And the prices were extremely over-priced. I am most disappointed with their customer service. Bunch of low-life, hood-rats work here. I will never be back again.

Great experience when I had to do an exchange - very grateful that I was able to get the right thing, even though I know during the pandemic a lot of places are restricting their exchange policies. Thank you to the kind and understanding people of Windsor Shoes.
