Wing Zone, Bellmore NY

I ordered a pretty big order a couple weeks ago and I have to say that Melissa the manager in the Bellmore Location was amazing! We had trouble ordering online and decided to call to place our order and Melissa was very patient and kind on the phone. And she was even nicer in person. When I went to pick up the order she made sure that the order was correct. She was very professional and friendly. The food also tasted great! Fresh and tasty. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

Friday night 10/28 I walk in the restaurant at 1131pm, they close at midnight. Two young employees are in The kitchen using terrible language, i finally get their attention and I tell them I want to place an order of wings. He asks me what flavor and if I am paying cash or card. When I say card, he takes another 5 minutes and comes back out saying sorry they are closed. I offer to pay cash he tells me hold on again, makes me wait another 5 min just to tell me ya sorry we are closed. Terrible service here, I wonder how many customers they lose because of this. I rarely write reviews and almost never complain about service. I am writing this review more so to inform the owner of what these kids are doing to his/her business so it can possibly be corrected. As a small business owner myself it troubles me to see employees treat someone else’s livelihood with such blatant disregard.

Wings were good, some over cooked could've been better. 1st time trying this place n this place is EXTREMELY small.

Went In last week, Rude staff, overpriced soggy chicken with the wrong ingredients. Not worth the 15-20 minute wait. The 35 minute trip to wingstop is much more worth it than the 15 minute trip here.

I have been coming here for about 5 years now and honestly myself and my kids absolutely LOVE IT! And the staff is very nice with a very clean restaurant

I was visiting from Canada and had the best experience. I came from Queens to order these bomb wings. The Manager was awesome and had exceptional customer service.

Stopped by last night for a quick bite.i picked up 15 hot wings.this was my first time visiting.wings are very good

The best honey bbq sauce I’ve had! The chips are so crispy and well seasoned. The funnel cake bites were delicious!

Best Wingz in Czech Republic Go there at least 2/3 times a month Awesome atmosphere and people working there and making you feel like home watching sports, having a beer and those delicious wingz

Every time I order, the delivery take an hour and a half and the food is cold. This will be the last time I order from here. I’d rather go to wing stop.

Well actually, my intent was to get a sub from Jersey Mike from lindenhurst. I decided wing zone because Jersey Mike's were terrible. I went in for one meal and ended up with meals for my whole family. It was a situation that worked out for me and the owner/manager was nice to bless us. Met a worker with the same name, same interest. Felt like family. Love this place!

We ordered from here for New Year’s Eve. Melissa the manager was extremely helpful and patient! Food was delicious and everything was awesome! Will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Took forever to deliver- sent texts they were leaving to deliver and took 45 minutes to arrive. Food was soggy. This was on 9/12/21. Manager told me I would get a coupon for 20% off next order to compensate in my account for next order - never got one. Basically wanted me off the phone and didn’t want to make things right or ensure return business. Do not recommend and good luck if you call up and ask questions about their text alerts abs delivery issues. Management not good.

If you’re looking for wings… this is the place to be! It’s a small wings spot located in Long Island! The service I received was great and they even offered coupons! I got the sweet samuri and lemon pepper… ALL FLATS! They even have dessert options. The Oreo churros was delicious. I’ll surely be back since they have such a wide variety of sauces/ burgers and salads.

Extremely long wait time for pickup order. This location was dirty (my feet were sticking to the floor). Several lights were burnt out and multiple holes in the walls- it looks like they're closed when you first walk inside. I watched one of the employees wipe his nose with his hand and go back to handling food. I've enjoyed Wing Zone for years but unfortunetely something has changed and caused a decline in service and cleanliness.

Great food and great service. Ordered some wings and fries and they were crispy and delicious. Would definitely recommend for next time your in the mood for wings.

Floors are sticky, waited to long for 6 wings. However my wings were tasty and satisfying.
