No matter how many times I try this particular store. They always get the order wrong. Every single time! Never fails!

Wings tasted amazing. Service: so so. I had to ask for napkins and was a given about 5ft of paper towels.

Workers are straight trash, they say the system is down to not take any orders and do any work. Please avoid goin here thank me later

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I have absolutely no idea why it takes so long. I didn't get any sauce when I finally got my order, the chicken sandwich had just pickles on it and was dry. Everyone that works here, from the manager down needs to be fired. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

This has to be the UP MOST WORSE WING STOP IN NYC! Why is my food taking hours to prepared? Nobody is answering the phone & the communication is horrible I had to wait about 2 hours for me food from Wingstop I had 4 drives & they all were just waiting there & somebody called me asking if I picked up the order, when I AM THE ONE WHO PLACES IT! I’m so livid this wing stop needs to be closer Tf down

This was the most expensive wrong order. I ordered classic wings and didn’t get that, I ordered my corn and got it so burnt it was not tasty at all. I wish I could get a refund on the whole order. The staff was not helpful. Everything was bad I did not enjoy this at all!

Pay 65$ and you would think they got bags with handles but nah, the offer you a trash bag. They aint get the order correct and made it spicy when the food ordered was all mild with the exception of the buffalo ranch fries which were sad and had no ranch

I went in with only 1 guy available who barely speaks English. On top of that he's not the one that seems to be there. He steps outside to look for his coworkers? Like why are you open if no one is available to serve. Horrible service.

I can’t praise this location enough, great, courteous staff and better food than the Astoria location. I really wish this staff could go over and train the Queens employees.
