18Like another person who recently left a review, I too have been here as a DoorDash driver. The new manager is obnoxious, and the place now takes a painfully long time getting their orders ready.
Been here as a doordash driver. Staff constantly doesn't notify when order is ready. They just leave it on a shelf. Then they lie and said they just put it there.
After having a slight hiccup with my order the owner reached out and handle it like a true gentleman. The shift lead and manager at location were also very nice to deal with.
Big John did not likes this one but he had to wait a hour for his food and food tasted like a drug addict blood stream your lucky big John did this the easy way next time he’s gonna do it the hard way and next time he’ll bring Earl and Earl only does the hard way
Will wait forever for your order at least 45 minutes. Product is good if they get your order right. Employees are super slow at getting the product out. Store is often dirty with the garbage always full and dirty counter tops. Waiting on a refund from September that hasn’t processed because I didn’t receive the right order.
This place always smells and at times dont even have ice nor drinks. Today I had to have sprite with no ice because there was nothing else available.
45 mins on hold.drove to the wing stop.still on hold. Find other customers experiencing the same wait time and situation.place my order and they still get my order wrong.smh
Food is great, but the staff seems to have trouble at times getting the orders right and making sure the people get their food when they’re supposed to. If it says 30-40 minutes after an online order, it shouldn’t take an hour in a half to receive the order. I’ve also been on hold here for about 30 minutes like someone just forgot I was on the phone! Great food but the kiddos have to do better with the service.
The food is always good, but the store always smells like sewage. I don’t know if they have a plumbing issue but you can imagine it would make a person think again about eating the food.
I arrived at 9: 44pm and was told after 9: 40pm they couldn’t take a bone in order. I don’t eat boneless wings. Service was denied and they close at 10: 00pm; this rule isn’t posted any where in the restaurant. Associate was rude rolling her eyes and asked another employee to take care of me. I will never buy food from any wing stop again. I will make a complaint to corporate as well they lack in customer service.
Nothing more then a McNugget drenched in sauce and sprinkled with a lemon pepper rub nothing like I thought

Employees are rude and seem to be annoyed upon ordering. I walked right out afterwards and ate out elsewhere!
No one wear gloves and touching food. Also young girl in the front was texting while taking my order. Girls wearing long nails and sauce all over it. Disgusting and won’t be coming back
This place give you chicken that is not crisp, the chicken was very soggy and then when they put the chicken in the tray they don’t drain the grease, so the chicken was just laying in the grease. Grease was lol over my son clothes and I tell him stop asking me to take you there.
My son ordered the food and I went to pick it up and I notice that the people that work there don’t take it serious when it comes to customer satisfaction.
My mom always said whatever you do in life do it like you care or don’t do it at all. They need some care working there and it’s none at all. We didn’t check until we got home and we will to far to just turn and go right back.
Please care about the customers. Where is the owner of the location and the manager?
Literally always an issue ordering here.either things are missing or they take forever and a day to make the order. Even when ordering online, says it’ll be ready in 15 and you wait over an hour. Always check your bags before you leave! We’ve learned our lesson.
The service is horrible the app says 20mins and they had me waiting in the store after the original 20mins for 40 more and i took the bag from the worker and he made a comment.
I had WingStop in the South and it was great. Here in Middletown, an embarrassment to the brand. The wings barely had sauce, the "seasoned fries" were burnt not seasoned AT ALL! We even requested EXTRA seasoning! The fried corn was the best part, but Cajun it was not! Utterly disappointing! NEVER going back or recommending!
Pros: Friendly staff; fantastic chicken meat; good cooked sauce and dipping sauce; staff allowed me to use power outlet that was not near a table; bathroom was very clean
Cons: Food picked up and sauce had spilled everywhere inside the bag before I even lifted it; fries not so great-tasting; tray provided was sticky everywhere
