Beautiful theatre, watched Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster in The Music Man here, wonderful.

Disappointed and shocked at the lack of accommodation for illness. My husband and I bought tickets to see The Music Man. When the show time came we had the flu and were very sick. I contacted the theatre to see if we could change our show times, or get a refund and learned that the only option was to miss the show and try to see it using the ‘Past Date’ policy. This policy allows you to check for same-day availability, but is only available on some week days. Months went by and I tried many times to find availability but there was none. We ended up missing out on the show after paying more than $500 for our tickets with no option for refund. While the staff seemed helpful I am appalled that in this day, with so much awareness of illness, that there was basically no accommodation for us.

Saw Back to the Future here a few days ago. Great show. Theater was good. Bathrooms a bit small but line flowed fast. Audio was great! Go see this show. It’s so much fun.

Fantastic theatre. Spacious and really a perfect stage for BTTF. Very nice people working there as well.

The quintessential Broadway experience! Hard to find a fault (I mean the seats are small, but that's most theatres)

The show (BTTF), was freaking amazing. The cast, the set, the music, all phenomenal.

However.what isn't amazing, is having 2 restrooms for over 1,500 patrons. It is comically ridiculous. Apply a fraction of the design thinking that goes into the amazing productions, and an even smaller miniscule fraction of the revenue these shows produce, and add a couple more restrooms, at least.

The concession stand/bar is similarly poorly executed. It must continue under the auspices of "well this is how it's always been"; so why bother trying to improve right? Any lame excuse ownership might profer falls flat when judged against the brilliantly designed shows and resultant revenue.

Is it hard building things? I say no, it's simply a challenge and an expense. What's truly lacking here is the motivation. Such an upgrade in design and facilities would surely be met with greater revenues through concession sales, extrapolating from the members of my group, as ones who would like drinks at the intermission but aren't likely to make it to the end of the Impossible Queue, and even if so, worry on further taxing already captive bladders.

It was my first time staying at this place. I came to spend the night with my boyfriend. We had a pretty good time. We went to a Broadway show and drank at a bar around the corner.

Not a bad seat in the house! Back to the Future was simply amazing! Loved every minute of it! Roger Bart, brilliant as always! Special effects were out of this world!

We saw Music Man here and it was okay, but Back to the Future was amazingly well done. Best special effects of any musical we've seen. The seats had good leg room, but terrible seat cushions. The staff was very helpful as well.

This is such a beautiful theater! We saw Back To The Future and if you are seating on the orchestra the seats are super comfortable. Very big and clean venue with good AC for the summer months. I think they could be a little bit more organize when is the intermission for the people that needs to use the bathroom. Other than that everything was great!

Saw Back to the Future The Musical here. As a venue, it's not too different from most Broadway theater houses. There were two things I really appreciated. First, that the women's bathroom was actually much bigger and more accessible for women, which is so rare literally everywhere. It was nice for my female friend and I to be able to use the bathroom in the same amount of time. Second, they had a store for trh musical just outside the theater next door, which was great for shopping before and after.

Regarding the show, it was fantastic. The set, props, effects, songs and acting were all incredible. I didn't know how a musical could visually adapt a scifi movie about a time traveling DeLorean, but it nailed every bit of it. The play clearly had a lot of love and effort put into it.

A great intimate space. Not a bad seat in the house. Love having everything right there inside the theater.

Very nice theater, the show back to the future is mind blowing. It is a must to see it. Bathrooms are clean and the arrangement of the seats makes it really nice.

Saw Back to the Future the musical here - the theater was clean and easy to navigate. My only complaint was that when intermission came, you got trapped behind the bathroom line if you got a snack/water and couldn’t get back to your seat. Fair warning, the front few rows have limited view from the far ends.
