I have no idea what their services cost as the work was contracted through the city's Housing Rehabilitation and Repair Program. My home was in rough shape when I bought it, and it needed significant insulation, a couple gas leak repairs, a new hot water tank, and a faulty bathroom vent needed to be re-routed. Mike and the other repair folks were friendly, professional, answered all my questions (even encouraged them!), did excellent work, and even gave me a few tips for maintenance. I highly recommend Wise!

These gentlemen who performed my installation of the hot water heater and necessitated vent couldn’t have been more professional.courteous and obvious dedication to their company! I had Wise Home Energy come out on two occasions. The first was a clean and tune of my gas forced air system. The second was to fix some minor leaks detected in the gas line at various couplings where the pipe dope had begun to fail.

I had the same work team both times: Mike and Tom. I was particularly impressed with the respectful care they took in all endeavors regarding my home, the people inside, and any fixtures in the workspace. I thought about it for a while and have determined that these are probably the best service people I have ever had work on my property over the decades.

In having occasionally dealt directly with the owner, Jeff, I find that he is close to the clients to ensure their satisfaction.

We recently had a new high efficiency furnace installed and also had additional insulation added to the attic area and garage ceiling in our townhouse. The crew was here most of the day and worked together very efficiently. They kept us updated on the estimated time of completion throughout the day as well as giving us useful information on how everything worked and answered our many questions! I must also mention how impressed I was at how clean they worked.everything was covered in tarps and then they vacuumed! Our house was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived! We are extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend Wise Home Energy to everyone!

They were very accommodating and professional. They just did my insulation last week and my house is already warmer. I would highly recommend them especially if you have a split level. They know them well!

Having major work done on my house is an experience I wasn't looking forward to. The contractors from Wise Home Energy made me feel at ease.
I was impressed with the professionalism and work ethic. They were here early, and stayed until each stage was finished. Ryan was a huge help with getting all the available grants I qualified for, and when the job was finished, boy what a difference!

I had an energy audit completed in October 2019. The audit revealed, half of my home was insulated and I had four gas leaks in the basement. Ryan was more than helpful in guiding me through the process. The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, and cleaned up well afterwards. Unfortunately they don't have negative stars. This company caused over $18,000 damage to my siding blowing in insulation on half my home. He contracts through the NYSERDA program, not on his own recognizence and left a horrible mess, destroyed my siding, left an electrical violation, hammered in my siding with cut off roofing nails on the bottom, not the top nailing strip, and refuses to own up to the damage. He did send a letter that the state informed him he caused major siding damage and needed to replace it. He refuses to cooperate or pay a contractor to repair it properly as no one in his company has the proper skills or experience to even do what he's doing obviously. His response to countless bad reviews is to try and degrade the consumer and not own up to his poor workmanship and skills.

Through HEAP my parents were contacted by New York State for a home energy audit and Wise Home Energy LLC completed the recommended work. The people who were in my parent's home were polite and considerate of my parents needs. The work was completed as expected and they left the home clean. My parents are extremely happy with Wise Home Energy LLC and we often recommend them to family and friends.

WISE did air sealing and attic insulation for us in December 2018. They showed up when they said, finished the next day, cleaned up thoroughly and did great work for a fair price. I highly recommend them for home energy work in the greater Rochester area.

He came in with a very positive reassuring attitude to ensure our home is energy efficient and functioning to it's highest potential. His extreme professionalism and respect is unlike any other. Today it's hard to find contractors you can trust in your home and this team was exceptional in every way. Had Ryan evaluate for a basement remodel. They did an outstanding job. There were area that I wanted touched up and they came the next day and took care of it. It was a complex and large project. They will be come back in spring to go over the attic insulation.

Wise Home Energy installed my new furnace and A/C last year. They also did some much needed beefing up of my attic insulation, and fixed an improperly vented bathroom fan. Their work was excellent, very thorough. Everything was done promptly and professionally. Having lived with the improvements for a year now, I can say it was money well spent. My energy bills decreased, and the comfort in my home improved. I would recommend this company without hesitation!
