WM - Chaffee Landfill

Each and every week, through all types of weather I can count on WM. Today not many things one can be that sure of. Waste Management has follow us though-out our entire live together. There is something to be said about the clean up team and my first response is Thank you.

Good service but cost is getting too high. With only putting out one small bag s week I would like to see a once a month bin service at a lower cost.

There's no way to contact a person and if your concern is anything other then scheduling a pick up this is not the place to call

If you don't mind your garbage picked up at inconsistent hours or days they are great. If you like being lied to for days that "someone will be there today" while the bear, raccoon, crows etc.make a mess, ditto. If you complain loud enough after a week is missed they will reimburse you (and raise the rates again to cover losses). Advanced Disposal was so much better. The second star is for the days it actually does get picked up as intended

Not happy with broken glass left on the road from the truck. I walk my dog and it appears that the truck drops shards of broken glass up and down the streets.

We have not had any problems with the drivers from WM so far. Very friendly men. Thank you for putting our bins back up the driveway for me. Very thoughtful. Thank you guys.

Fantastic all the way from office/customer service to the drivers and workers out on the road! A plus

3 months ago when I purchased this service it was $32/month. The price has doubled since then and there is still trash in my cans half the time after pick up. Will be exploring other options like casella

Attempted to rent a dumpster from them. They declined the driveway for "unsafe" "dirt driveway". The driveway is limestone and what does unsafe mean you ask? Good question I don't know because I have spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone that can give me an answer. They put in requests to have people call me back, no one ever calls back. Call the local facility and they never answer and never return voicemails.

I have never had a problem with this company. They are more than happy to accommodate my pick up needs. Are always on time and provide an inexpensive service. They always let me know when pick up will be during a Holiday week.

Driver almost ran me over. Trash taken out of can then he dumped it. Poor service just emails no one to talk to.
