After trying several different places in the city for a hydrafacial, W&M was my favorite. Mei was knowledgeable and professional. She even gave me good advice on what to do for my skin at home.

Mei at W&M beauty took AMAZING care of me and my skin! My skin was very dull and clogged when I went in and I left totally glowing. She gave me a radio frequency facial with extractions. She was so thoughtful about the treatment and was so informative throughout the process. She helped me to better understand my skin and its needs and she never pushed products on me. The atmosphere was clean and very lovely - they provided a very professional spa experience. I ended up getting a 5-facial package (they have amazing deals) and look forward to returning soon.

Mei and Wendy both were attentive and very friendly. They explained me the entire procedure and discussed my skin concern. I already booked my next hydra facial appointment. Highly recommended!

Best facial I’ve ever had. Wendy is amazing. The studio is extremely clean and new. Wendy took her time with thorough extractions - my skin has never looked clearer - and a truly glorious facial and shoulder massage. Couldn’t recommend more. I’ll be back to buy a package

My experience here has been nothing but exceptional. From the moment I entered the salon, I was treated with the most friendly service. Wendy was attentive and kind throughout my entire wax. The wax was also done so well - probably the cleanest and quickest wax I’ve ever received. I am definitely telling all my friends to check this place out. I will be returning and considering their other services as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I did the hydro facial today and my skin turned out smoother and brighter. Love the experience. I also really enjoyed the steam spa they did to open up the pores. Felt so relaxing

Hands down, I had my best waxing service forever. Mei was super efficient and thorough, most importantly PAINLESS. It’s amazingly impressive. The spa is clean and welcoming. I will return in one month for my regular waxing service.

I wanted to get rid of my hair, I purchased a Groupon for three sessions decided give it to try laser hair removal. Jennie is my technician, she is so sweet and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The procedure was virtually painless, and the sessions were quick. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend here for laser hair removal.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The space is beautiful, new, and convenient to get to. Jennie did my wax and was so quick, I could hardly believe it! The most painless experience I've had.

What an amazing experience!

This place recently opened. I went in for a Brazilian wax and facial. Wendy was so great at making the Brazilian wax less painful. It went super quick and she made me feel very comfortable. The facial was done with extractions, and she was able to help with the congestion in my pores. 10 out of 10 service. It’s located right in Ktown so it was really easy to get to. Highly recommend this place!

They are so kind, patience, gentle and extremely professional. If you are trying one of their serves outside what you regularly does, they take their time and explain the process slowly. Additional, they always makes you feel so comfortable.
