My instructor Jeff was very knowledgeable and a great facilitator. He made it a comfortable atmosphere. Jeff was very patient with us all, kudos to him for navigating a challenging group.
Maybe during the check-in process, have face masks available. Also no where on your confirmation email did it say suite B1 in the address. I missed it in the tiny red print showing the class location.
Christian was a great instructor. I struggle with cardiac rhythms and he made this understandable to me!

Let’s face it no one really loves having to renew your CPR certification. Today it was my turn to renew mine and Jeff Naab was an amazing instructor! He made the class fun, interesting and easy to learn. I’m so glad we don’t have to actually do mouth to mouth. Thank you for all the tips!

Jeff and Mercedes were awesome, especially the skills room portion. Recommend for anyone who wants their certification, also free snacks which was very neat.
Jeff was so great. I have been attending cpr classes for years and they can be very daunting and unenjoyable.he was able to make us laugh while still effectively learning life saving measures! Highly recommend him for your next instructor for BSL

I brought my 15yr old for the heartsavers class, and her instructor was Bill, he was great! He explained and demonstrated everything so thoroughly that I'm 100% sure my kid now has the skills and knowledge to be able to handle an emergency situation if she needed to. She said Bill was awesome and so nice and she understood everything he taught. I'll be bringing my 12 yr old next! You were great Bill! Thankyou!
