I would give this place zero stars if possible. They set phone appointments and never call at the appointed time. Their billing department is very shady. Called about a $40 bill and said if I paid over the phone instead of in the office, my appt was the next day they would only charge me $20. Their OGYN's office is unsanitary. The swabs were not covered in plastic and mixed in with the pens. She refused to test me for STD's which I do every year as a precaution. Said they only do that if you are showing symptoms. She left my personal information up on the computer with the door open as we both left the office braking all HIPPA guidelines.

My primary referred me to a spine specialist who could not help me as they only do surgery and I have an SI joint issue. I received an x ray. When I called back to see if they would order an MRI on my back after getting the OK from my insurance the DR yelled at me for asking. Saying how dare I tell a doctor what I want and need. Refused to believe my insurance covered it. They will not help you. Might as well be in a clinic in Mexico. They also triple charged my insurance for services and appts I never received. This place is the absolute worst and a pathetic excuse for a doctors practice. Will be reporting them to the Health Department and my insurance company.

They keep calling me and saying I owe $40, won't tell me what for and whoever keeps calling barely speaks English. Told them to forward an itemized bill of the "$40 I owe" and they won't do that either. I'm not sure how this is possible as I had medicaid and haven't been seen there in over a year. Seems scammy to me.

Due to continuing contacts after telling this office never to contact me again I have now involved the authorities. You have to let patients go. You cannot harass people into coming back. This is driving me crazy, you must stop IMMEDIATELY. I already have a new primary. Back dafuq up!

Best Staff Member. Tom who is so Knowledgeable and Courteous and Professional with each and every call I have placed to WNY. ALWAYS! He deserves Employee Recognition for the Great Job he performs with each call.

Stay away from this office! I have been trying to get my medical records from this office for almost a month now and they refuse to give them to me or to send them to my new doctor's office despite multiple authorizations being sent them for the release of MY INFORMATION. The office continually places me on hold for over 30 minutes and transfers me to the wrong departments every time I call to get this information. I am going to file a legal complaint as well as a complaint to the state attorney general regarding these issues. This staff is extremely unprofessional in how to speak with patients, the doctors included. I have never been more insulted in my life by a doctor. Then there is the fraudulent business practices. This office calls me monthly to update my chart and says I will not be charged. But then my insurance sends me a copay for a telehealth visit. This happened for 4 months despite my asking them to stop calling me unsolicited. They also double bill me all the time for "telehealth visits" when I have to call the after hours line because the doctor I already had an appointment with consistantly never calls in the prescriptions requested in the actual visit. I've reported all of this to my insurance company.

Tom was very helpful on the phone. He allowed me to talk and was very patient. I was blown away by his professionalism and he was a big part in me choosing WNY Medical. We need more people like Tom in the world

I came across WNY medical for my immigration full physical exam with Dr. Karimi. I want to start saying that she is a great doctor and was really nice to me, but the two times I had to go I waited over an hour for her to see me. Secondly, its really hard to reach her office and talk to someone from there, if you call the number it refers you to a call center which are not helpful at all, I had an instance where my appt was canceled 20 minutes before me getting into the office, and they said the doctor will call me instead at 4: 30, she called me at 7pm and they’re charging me $50 for a 1 minute call saying I needed another vaccine before the doctor could sign my papers. Mind you, you pay $250 for the whole process and they’re trying to tackle another $50. Super money hungry. DONT RECOMMEND.

No matter the appointment you never get out till almost 2 hours afterwards sometimes longer. And you request a telehealth appointment they never call when there is a time set up. And you don't have the same primary walking in there.

I was talking with the Tom from front dest. I had an urgent medical question. Thanks god, my call was answered even after the business hours. The staff from this office is super nice and supportive. Great experiece!

WNY Medical has a wonderful practice, the staff goes out of their
way to accommodate your needs, & the Dr. Has great patience & awesome bedside manner. Also one of the assistants Tom has went out of his way numerous times to help me out when I was in a pinch. I can't say enough about him & the rest of the staff in general. I can't see myself going anywhere else for my medical needs. Thanks again Tom & the rest of the staff

WNY Medical is always attentive to my needs and people there such as Ellen are always so friendly and remind me of my consults the day before. Which is a godsend for a forgetful person like me!

I've been going here for over a year with no help, being treated like a lab rat with multiple medications (again, not working/helping), no referrals to specialists, etc. It took a trip to the e.r when my breathing got so bad and no help from WNY Medical.finally given a referral thanks to e.r. When I have scheduled emergency calls from doctors they not only call private but call 15-30m past scheduled time and if you call back literally 3min later, they magically cannot help you! Overall a waste of time and useless here! Find a reputable doctor who actually cares

Great costumer service and i believe the person who talked with me on the was Chris Mars and he was such a nice person he was very patient and i asked the same question again and again and he he answering.i will definitely make all of my medical appointment with them and hope everyone else do the same.
