I was offered an appointment just 24hours after calling for inspection and oil change. I was there early morning and out within an hour. Some maintenance was suggested for oil cleanup and filter replacement but I wasn't prepared for that that day. Thank you all for the friendly and professional service.

I would recommend WNY One Stop to everyone! The owner is a great guy and all of the employees were very friendly and attentive. I recently made an appointment for an inspection and it was so fast it blew my mind. I haven't had the opportunity to bring my vehicle in for any major issues, but if I do I will definitely go to WNY One Stop.

My car was scheduled for inspection quickly by phone & the service desk technician was very friendly. They got it in & inspected quickly after an overnight drop & it was all done for $1 because I had a coupon they had sent out to every household in our area. They also checked out a problem with the air conditioning quickly & (relatively) inexpensively (no car repairs are "cheap" anymore). The service desk staff were again very friendly & helpful when I checked out. I will go to this garage again if I have any repairs that need to be done.

One Stop Auto will be the go-to for all my auto needs from now on. The team there is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. After receiving a card in the mail for NYS inspection at a cost of $1plus an oil change for only a total of $48, I was pleasantly surprised! I was given a price for 2 new tires which was the best around and i will be getting them before winter. Plus the waiting room was clean and the coffee was awesome! Thank you One Stop Auto!

Sorry wouldnt even give them a one start but couldnt post unless i did, it was terrible ripped me off for thousands, i cant even begin to tell you how many times they had me coming back to fix their mistakes, finally got smart went else where and told everyone i knew not go there or trust them!

The staff was very friendly. They made our car top priority and the repairs was done in 2 days. They keep in communication with us every step of the repairs being done. Will definitely go back with any work we need done.

9/15/23 - Got a card in the mail for some deals for the place so decided to try them out because I needed an oil change and I'm currently between mechanics. Asked if they could tell me where my brakes we at and they said they did an inspection on all cars that come in. Got a call back recommending all brake rotors and pads be replaced, a new serpentine belt, coolant flush and fill and to drain my engine and clean it before new oil be put in. I said just the oil change thanks. When I went to pick up the car as soon as I started it, it was making a noise I never heard before. Drove it for like a couple minutes then took it back. When I got out of the car the engine from under the hood was smoking. Went back inside and told the manager behind the desk, him and the kid that did my oil change came out. The kid begins to tell me that when he took off the old oil filter that oil went everywhere on my exhaust, belt, etc.and that that was making the noise and that it would go away eventually. Manger told me to come back if noise did not go away. If you knew what you did why wouldn't warn the customer before they left your lot. Suffice to say I will not be returning, unless the nosie does not totally go away.

One of the best repair centers for my car since coming to the Niagara region. Professional honest service and without any price gouging at all. Even dropped me back to work and picked me up when service was done. Excellent work on alternator and new belt. Definitely recommend this shop A+ service.

Very friendly, professional place. They were so busy and still managed to complete my inspection in a timely manner. I am so happy I found them, now I feel I’ve found an auto mechanic shop I can trust.

The window on my driver-side door literally fell into the door as I was driving to work. I called the shop and they told me to come right in. They fixed it in a matter of hours (while I was at work) and saved me! I was a loyal customer at One Stop under previous ownership and I am happy to know that the new owners are dependable and professional as well!
