Spectacular Food however if you sit in you get rude pushy service unless your Asian! I have sat in twice in the past 6 months same rude waitress must be owner or family to be able to treat people that way and still hold a job!

Ordered food a couple of weeks ago and the food was amazing. Decided to order today and it was the worst food I ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was very soggy with grease. Crab ration tasted like fish, and the rest of the food tasted like fish also. What a waste of 74.00. Will definitely not go back again.

We stopped here for dinner on the way to Niagara Falls and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and quite authentic food that came out despite the zero expectations we had walking in. The place was inviting with clean and simple decor. The service was also amazing. The young lady gave us just the right amount of attention and was very sweet and helpful. We even stopped here again for lunch on our way back home. It made our long road trip so much better. We'll definitely revisit whenever we are in the area. A place with good food, reasonable price + good service is a rare find these days.

This was the first time in a very long time that I actually enjoyed Chinese take out. The food wasn't overly greasy or overly salty at all. The fact that they use tender white meat chicken is perfect – for a change I got to enjoy my sweet and sour chicken without picking through the grisly bits. The lo mein was cooked perfectly as well, and all of the vegetables actually had crunch and were fresh. Overall, I would go back here again – it's become my new favorite Chinese spot.

I first looked online and found they were open until 9pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 7: 40 pm. As we entered we were greeted with: "just so you know, our kitchen closes at 830". Very welcoming! Even so, 50 minutes should of been ample time for the food to be served I thought? With the rude service initiated from the beginning, there was no way they were touching my food.

I used to be a loyal wok n roll supporter, but this has changed. I gave the review 2 stars because it gave me an opportunity to try another spot. We were redirected to another spot 2.5 miles down the road in the plaza of Sheridan and Harlem. Fantastic!

This place was tso good! I had to take out my kids here as soon as I saw their wok'ing name. I have soy many puns to share!

There was just one person taking care of the dining area but she did a great job, I think we were lo mein'tenance. They gave us complimentary chips while waiting, left me wonton more. We were filling good and had fried dumplings for a steamy appetizer. The pepper beef came with lots of fresh cooked vegetables, the sauce was savory and just the right saltiness. Not getting it would be a missed steak. The chicken curry also came with lots of a different mix of fresh cooked vegetables, I didn't see that cumin. Both dinners had fried rice with eggcellent complex flavor. Also had a shrimp wonton soup with udon noodles. Normally I'm a hopeless ramentic, but this made me pho'get about other Asian noodle soups. It was delicious and a generous size, broth my daughter a lot of joy.

Fortunately our cookies came with little slips of paper in them that said we will return in the future!

When you order exactly what it says on the menu they find a way to give you something different. I just wanted dim sum and got soup dumpling with no soup. Kinda seems pointless.

Delicious, fresh and house made dishes from top to bottom of the menu. Service was great too. Best Chinese food we have had locally.

Best General Tso's chicken I've ever had, clearly house made. I've tried so many places in the Buffalo area and this one is BY FAR the best. Pure tempura battered chicken breast. Absolutely juicy, very crispy on the outside, and had great flavor in the sauce. When you think of chicken breast, you may think dry. This was the complete opposite. Do yourself a favor and make the trip!

Food was average Americanized Chinese food with small dim sum menu too. The service was abysmal though. If the restaurant is half full and you can't take drink orders within 15 min, you need to hire servers. If you can't get food on the table within an hour, you need to hire cooks. Everyone was working their butts off, so this is squarely on the owners to adequately staff their restaurant. Maybe it was a bad night but we won't be back to try again.

This is the best Chinese food I’ve had in years. I ordered the orange chicken lunch special with brown rice. It was so good

We were so excited to try this place for dinner. I called and placed an order for around $55, which seemed on par with other take out in the area. The staff was very nice on the phone. Pick up was super fast and the girl working the register was really sweet. Unfortunately, that was where the good part of this experience ended. I should have known something was not right when my car failed to smell like Chinese food on the way home. When I say this food had absolutely no flavor, I mean it. My curry chicken was hardly spicy, and both of my kids complained that their lo mein was overcooked. The curry chicken was mostly vegetables, which were clearly very fresh, but hardly any chicken. The chicken we did get was thinly sliced. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, but the food leaves something to be desired.

I have to say, I was very eager to have dinner at Wok & Roll after I read about the rave reviews with the Cantonese menu. I’m from Australasia so my palate is well developed with all Asian cuisines and from the jump I wasn’t at all impressed. I had such a craving for Peking Duck and there wasn’t any available which sent my initial impression plummeting. After fumbling to recover I ordered Shrimp and Chive dumplings, which were extremely over cooked to the point the shrimp fell completely out of the dumpling. Next, I ordered a sizzling hot plate of beef ribs and was only given a fork to eat with. Disappointed from start to end, and don’t believe I’ll be back. Still want Peking Duck tho……

Visiting from Texas, found this place and my niece and I went. The food was so delicious, Wonton Soup was tasty. I had the chicken lo mein and it was full of flavor with juicy pieces of tender chicken. Had to try the egg rolls, was not disappointed, homemade and delicious. Staff very friendly and service was so quick! Very nice hidden gem in Williamswille NY!

It was very busy the place did not have adequate staff. Had to wait for seating, wait to get the menu, wait to get order taken. Wasn't worth it, we left. The waitress was very rude.

I’ve come back with another account simply to tell you how amazing this restaurant is, great service, great food and the dining area is incredibly clean, the food we ate there was absolutely amazing, the orange chicken made me feel incredible amounts of joy, the flavor was incredible, the crab rangoon was also incredible, it had the perfect tasting crab within it. Amazing food.

The food was comparable with other Chinese restaurants, but the service was not good. It felt like they had something against me personally.
