I was standing there for ammo. They told me to stand in line. I waited there for a long time. In the mean time two other person came and new agents came to serve them but I waited there in the line. When I tried to tell them that I was on line way before the new people came around, they said to my face that I heard you twice. Have patience and someone will be with you. I don’t know if it was for my skin color or my appearance they did not like.

I just took my conceal and carry class here and it was amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and exactly what one would be looking for to get educated and obtain their license. Bob was a great instructor and the owner Ken was there with us in the range during our practice and qualifying time for any additional help and questions. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would tell anyone to take this course from wolcotts if looking obtain their conceal and carry but also for anything else in relation to purchasing a firearm or training and beyond!

It is a good place with very helpful employees! I talked with Brian who was very helpful in answering all my questions as I am new to conceal carry. He got me set up with some ammo for my existing pistol and helped show me some models of other pistols I was considering.

I think it’s pretty hard nowadays, to find everything you need for your firearms in one place. But Wolcott does a pretty good job in providing, a very good amount of inventory for your needs. You have cleaning supplies, holsters, pistol/rifle repair kits, and many other things including ammunition. You also have pistols and rifles you can purchase, and you even can rent their firearms. The rentals are for their indoors shooting range. One side of the range covers 25yds and the other option is the 50yds. A really good feature about both of these ranges is the fact, they have automatic target retrievers. I encourage people to look into their membership and take advantage of the many perks they have to offer.

They have no clue what they're doing AND they're quite rude.
Besides pistol permit they want a drivers lic. BS. I asked if my car reg.would work? His reply: yes
Didn't have reggy had a pay-stub w/my address.
He says "it has to be a gov't ID. "
Q- How is a car registration a gov't ID? He WAS going to accept that.
Hmmmmmm.
They handed back my paperwork and, said 'you're being difficult sir. ' LMFAO! What clowns.
Would NOT go there, even if they were GIVING AWAY swag.

Awesome place! I’m new to CCW and everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to answer any questions that you may have. I went to Wolcott’s and purchased my first pistol (and later another) and I’ve been going back ever since! I highly recommended Wolcott Guns!

Great place to safely learn how to handle & purchase firearms & accessories. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Ladies have the opportunity to practice skills on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month! Female instructors are also very knowledgeable & skilled. Each 2-hour class includes 1 hour of classroom instruction & 1 hour of firearm practice. Great bunch of gals!

We came here for our Anniversary and had a blast! It was my very first time shooting and the staff were so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!

First Pistol Purchase went great. If your are a new comer, see Cliff! Cliff spent time with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Got comfortable with the guns and made us feel welcome. Other employees spent time discussing holsters, ammo and everything else. Great Experience.

Have been here a handful of times over the years for various things and always experienced wonderful service. We took a class last night (2/22) with Ed and it was awesome! After the class I feel extremely confident in the use of my firearm and can't wait to take future classes and return to use the range to practice. Thanks!
