3I have been a patient in the Brooklyn office for years. Happy to say the Staten Island office has the same great care and professionalism as the Brooklyn location.
At February 9 at 11: 38 am we try to call many time for emergency the lady keep hang up the phone from 11: 38 to 11: 45 no one answer and thay just keep open the line and HANG UP
They are ok.never had 2 people in a room as you're getting checked by the lpn/doc.the person working on the computer shouldn't be in the room if she is not examing you.everything usually gets inputted before the lpn/doc shows up and after if needed.this is also the first gyn I go to that did not do blood work or urine sample. I felt like when I left the room, the second person in the room was talking to her coworkers and joking around because as soon as I came around, her face got serious.update. I went to a new spot on clove that were phenomenal.no second person needed in the room. I felt comfortable and they even did blood and urine without me needing to ask.
