Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Center - The Brooklyn Hospital Center

I've been contacting them for weeks to transfer me from one wic agency to another and the same rude lady kept running me around in circles and never got anything done. Luckily I was able to find a better wic location that helped me more better than this agency. That lady needs to fired asap!

They're Very Rude & Will Be Looking For A Different Office When Recertification Is Due

They are very nice but it's almost impossible to get through to them.
Takes about 25 calls if not more to get someone on the phone.
They always tell me that they are extremely understaffed.
It is terribly frustrating.
If you can, use another location.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the WIC office at this location. First and foremost, attempting to reach them by phone was a nightmare. No matter how many times I tried, they never answered the phone, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.

To make matters worse, my interactions with one of the staff members, a Haitian lady, were nothing short of unpleasant. She displayed rudeness and impatience throughout our communication, even resorting to hanging up on me multiple times. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

In light of these negative experiences, I would strongly advise against visiting this WIC office. The lack of responsiveness and disrespectful treatment from staff members make it a place to avoid. There are surely more efficient and respectful alternatives available for those seeking assistance.

Terrible service. Unfriendly, untrained staff. Ignorant of regulations. Requested unnecessary paperwork. Failed to follow up as promised. Forced me to make multiple visits due to their incompetence. Come here prepared to be disappointed.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this place. The service was beyond terrible. The staff members were incredibly unfriendly and seemed completely untrained. It was astonishing how little they knew about the regulations. I had to repeatedly assure them that my paperwork was valid, which was frustrating and time-consuming. They even asked for unnecessary paperwork, adding more unnecessary stress to the situation. Despite promising to follow up, they failed to do so, leaving me in the dark. Their incompetence was so severe that I had to make multiple visits just to fix their mistakes.

I would give this place a negative five stars if possible.
The people working here are cold and unwelcoming. They are also incompetent and poorly trained. They often didn't know the regulations, and I had to assure them that my paperwork was valid. They also asked for redundant paperwork. They claim to process items and call following up, and they don't bother doing that. I had to return twice to recirtify because of the incompetence of the staff and the way they handle the paperwork.

They are extremely lazy especially people who work in the front They were slow in the front and nobody answer the phone!
