If i could give zero stars i would. Just had an appointment with Cheryl Marino np. She made one mistake after another. Her and her nurses were so rude. Such confusion with hormones i was on. Trying to say i said something i didn't. She talked me onto a synthetic hormone instead of a natural compound. For three months it was a nightmare of symptoms. I did a lot of reading to understand, because zero education here. I learned she does not know what she is talking about or doing. I simply stated i want to go back on compound cream you prescribed me. She couldn't find where she did that. I have the prescription of it right at home. She does not know if she is coming or going. I finally told her that your practice is worthless and said i am going elsewhere. That place is a dysfunctional mess with very abrasive rude nurses that try and act like doctors. For any women dealing with Perimenopause save yourself from going there. They have no clue! Go elsewhere What a mess! HRT is and can be very complicated. What they put me on could have killed me. She said there was no difference than compound cream. She was very wrong. I am planning to go to a natural path that has experience in balancing out hormones. These guys are bought and sold by big pharma with very little experience with what they are prescribing. I would encourage any women going through perimenopause to educate yourself. These guys will put you on things that could cause health issues with no regards to your life. Also her nurse Lucy is so rude and condescending, she needs a class in manners. I will not be talked to like that anymore. Already made an appointment to another practice.

On the first of the month Dr. Bashant says she will have iron infusions ordered for me, as I'm not tolerating my iron supplement well (nausea). For context I am anemic and have extremely low iron. Possibly due to heavy menstrual bleeding. I wait a week and have not been contacted by the infusion center for scheduling, so I call Women's Care and ask about the order. I am told that it is "processing. " So I wait longer. The next week I call again, because I still haven't heard anything. The nurse says the order in fact wasn't submitted because the person who submits them was out of the office. So apparently when I had called before it actually hadn't been "processing, " and that update was simply untrue. So the nurse submits it then. I figure everything is probably good now. It wasn't. Since I still don't hear from the infusion center I call them directly a few times to get no answer. Leaving messages with no return call (which is on them, not the OB). So I call the OB back again to ask what's going on.it's now 20 days since my appointment. Now I'm told the form for infusions was submitted INCORRECTLY! Nurse on the phone re-orders it then. I am extremely frustrated with all the mishaps, false information, and sheer number of calls I've had to make about this. I'm essentially back at square one, waiting to hear about scheduling infusions. If I have to make 10 more calls about this I honestly won't be surprised. I liked Dr. Bashant, but the other staff have dropped the ball numerous times. I shouldn't have to be this persistent. I can't walk from room to room without getting dizzy. Care about getting things done properly for goodness sakes

I went for my second annual at this place. Requested the birth control pill specifically, and not the one with only progesterone because I can't always take it the same time every day.
I knew what would work best for me.
I've been around awhile.
Anyway, they declined to prescribed it because I'm a year too old (36) and also because I smoke too much.well I took a week and cut down and called back, again basically begging them to prescibe it and in fact they declined again on the basis of "they don't know me well enough".

And now here we are a month later and i mightbe pregnant I can't even have another child I'm high risk for hemmoragge.

1 star would not reccommend.

I honestly love Women’s Care. I’ve never had any issues with them. Everyone there is super friendly, especially Dr. Bashant!

I don’t know if it was just the Nurse practitioner that I was given but I did not feel cared for at all. I went for a check up and with concerns and they brushed off every concern I had saying that It wasn’t important. They were not willing to help me find answers unless I was trying to get pregnant. As far as the check up goes, all they did was poke my stomach a few times. Waste of time and Very disappointed.

* making the appointment went ok, I didn’t feel very welcomed over phone, but made it anyway. I was scheduled 1.5 month out. That was ok too. Called 2 weeks before my first appointment with concerns of an infection and was transferred to nurse line. They returned my call quickly but left a very rude message on my answering machine. This is your doctors office calling, click! ”
So I called back and was able to speak with the lady who left the message. Wow, she was so rude and made me feel worse than I already felt. She talked down to me and laughed at me. When I Asked if I could be seen sooner she huffed and said no, and I said ok thank you. Without any response from her she immediate hung up on me again.without a sure, your welcome, have a nice day… nothing.
I will be calling the office to report this and canceling my appointment. I have already made an appointment at another practice and they are seeing me tomorrow. This place really needs to speak to staff on how they talk and treat pregnant women and all women. I would love to have a few words with this nurse as she was brave enough to insult me over the phone. You are a disrespectful mean girl. No thanks!

Staffing is horrible. I was having complications at the end of my pregnancy and they wouldn’t listen to me saying something wasn’t right. I ended up going to the hospital myself and they had an emergency c section within the next 30 mins cause my babies heart rate was dropping and the cord was wrapped around his neck twice. The hospital said it was good I didn’t wait till my next appointment like the office said to cause I would’ve lost my baby. I will never go back here again due to them not listening to me and how rude the staffing is.

Absolutely zero communication! I'm 20 weeks into my 1st pregnancy and will be transferring to a new doctors office. Bashant is a great doctor, but the lack of communication between nurses and midwives is not only disrespectful but dangerous! When having an emergency situation I should not have to re-explain my situation every time I call to get updates, that THEY are supposed to be calling ME on. My chart should've been updated multiple times. I even arrived at their office for a shot, and the lady administering it DIDNT KNOW why I was there to receive it! Also had my ultrasound results given to me as "Somethings wrong here, but were not sure what it means, were calling someone who can tell you NOW so keep your phone one you! " Sounds very urgent, but did not receive a call until 5 days later.disgusted with this location.

The Glens Falls Office is terrible. The staff is rude and dismissive. This is my second pregnancy and I have spoken up multiple times about health concerns and even called one of the doctors at the Saratoga Office who confirmed some of my concerns. I was then told I would be induced within the next several days but when I went back for my final appointment the midwife refused to listen to the doctors notes or myself, did schedule an induction but told the hospital incorrect information and pushed the induction out an additional week. When I questioned the midwife about the conversation I had with the doctor she had no response and walked out of the office. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever go here again!

This Organization is phenomenal. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. The providers are incredibly professional and the nursing team is superb.

Dr Bashant is amazing! I have requested her for 3 c-sections and each experience has been wonderful.

I enjoy going here BUT never can get through to talk to anyone! I had an ultrasound on my breast and was suppose to hear back results and they still have yet to contact me about it. Every time I call I can’t get through to anyone!

Communication is horrific. At my 9 week ultrasound I wasn’t made aware that my baby had passed away, the tech told the midwife and the midwife sent me home without speaking to me so I didn’t find out until I lost a ton of blood and had to be rushed to the ER the following week. I later discovered that they knew then and just didn’t tell me that day regardless of it stating there was no heartbeat that day in my record. The only reason I stayed at this office was because of Dr. Snyder who unfortunately is no longer there. She told me she’d handle my care for my next pregnancy exclusively but since she left midway through my current pregnancy I’ve had nothing but neglectful care and absolutely poor communication. I asked multiple times if I was anemic so I could take an iron supplement for my dizzy spells if that was the issue, they didn’t end up telling me I was anemic until my 38 week appointment even though it had apparently been in my record for months and I’d asked at nearly every single appointment. They didn’t feel the need to tell me my high heart rate during my pregnancy could lead to blood clots in my lungs and never checked for it until I was 39 weeks pregnant in the hospital with a heart rate of 150. They also decided they didn’t need to schedule my 39 week appointment until 2 days passed my due date and then called to tell me they would have to reschedule the appointment for 5 days passed my due date instead. Save yourself the trouble, this office has gone downhill immensely. I won’t be returning after my postpartum appointment.
