5Nice quiet Condo complex, residents seem friendly. Buildings well maintained.
Our heater is completely broken, there has been so many times during the winter I've had to wear a jacket to sleep even when paid to get it fixed it acted terrible again and the sink water gets way too hot, more than it should be I nearly boiled my own hands. I really can't stand living here yet it's the only affordable rent.
Not we'll taken care of. The grounds are awful.
The noise level is high like the city.
The road is broken with potholes on which have been that way for many years.
My visit was sad one.
I love this place. It has a nice community and a pool. The houses are kinda small though
Is it perfect? No. But then again what is? I purchased a home here 10 years ago and while I have some complaints (the well water) they are minor in the grand scheme of things. It's quiet. Peaceful. And I feel safe raising my kids there. Some neighbors are great. Some aren't. But all mind their business. At some point I'm sure I will sell and move on but I have nothing bad to say about living here. And for those who do, try living in New York City.
