Woodland Acres Townhomes, Liverpool NY

I love living in this community! Maintenance and Leasing office are out of this world! They have completed repair requests w/ in 24hours. They even took my sink plumbing apart to save a diamond earring my wife dropped down the sink.
Couldn’t ask for more!

Great place to live. Comfortable community. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable and always provide excellent customer service and support. Would recommend living here to anyone and everyone.

Throughout my 3.5 years of residing in the Woodland Acres complex, I felt welcomed, like I was at home. My wife and I have experienced exceptional service from all affiliated personnel, including those working in the leasing office as well as the maintenance guys. The moment we moved in, Woodland was proactive in addressing our needs and left no room for disappointment on all fronts, whether it be needing help getting an air filter changed, or replacing a malfunctioning door handle. Woodland Acres truly prioritizes customer satisfaction by going above and beyond expectations.

Clean beautiful property. Tie was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about the homes. This tour was great!

I admit there are things here that need to be done differently or added for the price I pay but the maintenance and office teams are amazing and very responsive. I appreciate the fast response I get whenever I say I have an issue, even if a light bulb is out.

Living at woodland townhomes has been great. The units are new and refreshed upon move in, the property and common areas are well maintained. Karen and Tieesha are professional, responsive and it's clear they care about the property and it's tenants.

Everything is top-notch at Woodland Acres. Management and leasing professionals truly care about the residents and offer their best when it comes to anything the resident may need. We had a great leasing experience with Nicole, stress-free and with all questions answered, and we felt very welcomed to the community. We had a maintenance request placed through the app (very convenient) that was immediately followed-up with by Rick who initially diagnosed the issue and the team fixed the issue in 1 day. We are very satisfied with the service provided and we are happy to call Woodland Acres our home.

While looking in the area for a potential home, we looked at Woodland Acred. We weee impressed with the location, amenities and the overall look of the complex. We were especially impressed with Nicole. Nicole showed us a model, helped us envision ways to arrange our furniture, patiently answered all our questions. If she is an example of the support you might get from management, than she is a shining example of what to expect with any support you may need! Thank you Nicole!

The presentation and tour was top notch and professional. It is definitely a community in which would be great experience to love

This is not a smoke free property and even if people are smoking outside and all my windows are closed the smell of smoke fills my upstairs. My 2 year old is sleeping in that. So don’t live here unless you’re ok with smelling cigarette smoke all the time.

We were moving from Germany to Liverpool. The support was absolutely awesome. The area is clean and the Townhome is absolutely clean and awesome.

Thank you so very much to our Maintenance Team! There was a beautiful, but deserted, bird nest nestled in my outdoor light. Location! Location! Location! I checked for days to be sure it was abandoned before reaching out to the Team. They responded right away.not only did they completely clean around the nest area, but they swept up all the remnants that accumulate when a nest "comes undone. " I'm grateful for the quick response and the care and thoughtfulness put into an excellent effort. Thank you, again! Debra

Let me first say that the best thing about the complex is the people, both neighbors and staff. Other than that, prices have dropped $400 since we moved in last month, possibly because of misrepresentation and corner-cutting. Published on their website, and what we were led to believe is that we'd have are unlimited access to these amenities: "No matter the day of the week or time of the day, you’ll have everything you need when you live at Woodland Acres Townhomes, " including "Fitness Center, Community Center w/WiFi, Business center, and Game Room. " Of these, only the fitness center is available when staff leaves around 5pm on weekdays (and at various unannounced times during the day) and never on weekends. If you work an on-site, day job, you'll never get to use these other than the gym. BTW, they charge a mandatory, extra amenities fee of $70/mo. In addition, if you plan to cook you will need extra cabinetry because kitchen cabinets are scarce and poorly designed (there are only three draws in entire kitchen). Lastly, the HVAC system is so loud it's like living in a wind-tunnel.
