My husband and I had a very good experience getting our new townhouse. Cathy was professional and personable. She was great at explaining everything about the place and answering any questions we had while touring. The process of applying and handing in all of the necessary paperwork was very simple and went smoothly. We look forward to moving in!

People at the office are super nice and understanding. The maintenance is great with snow removal and general maintenance in the common areas. Its been a step up from our last rental

My fiancee and I have lived at Woodland Estates for going on 4 years. We are very happy with it here.

Anne Marie, Jayne and Cathy have always been incredibly helpful and do a great job running the office. The maintenance gentlemen are polite and if something needs to be fixed, it gets fixed literally RIGHT away. They do an incredible job removing all of the snow, they shovel the walkways, and deal with tons of leaves in the fall.

One time I was having an emergency with my dog (she was having a seizure) and Marvin (the head of maintenance) rushed over to make sure we were OK. Above and beyond. SO kind.

I love the old trees, its a great location, & very well managed. Lots of my neighbors have been here longer than us which goes to show that people are content here.

We plan on staying until we are ready to buy a house.

I'm writing this for our management team here at Woodland Estates. Our old dishwasher started making grinding noises. When the maintenance guys came down they said they weren't sure if they could get the part needed since it was so old. We ended up getting a new dishwasher. The guys that came down were very professional and well versed at installing our new dishwasher. When taking it out they found a leak that we had for several years. We had guys out a few times to look at the leak, but because it couldn't be seen until the unit was taken out, it was never fixed properly. They fixed the leak and installed the new unit. We can't use the washer or our sink for 24 hours, but that's ok. We appreciate how diligent they were at making sure everything was done correctly.

Luv jane and kathy and of course office manager because they care about thier tenants needs and comfort.
Matinence is efficient and come to your home as quickly as possible. Repair is made in a timely manner.
The grounds are kept impeckable.
Groomed very well and it makes brisk walks a pleasure.
