Placed a order online. Label was created and then sat for over a week turns out they were out of stock and didnt know when more would come in and i had to track them down to find this out. Calls emails daily with no response. Calls that promised a update that didnt happen, finally the guy walks a few feet to actually check on it to tell me they dont have it.terrible customer service.
