Very nice people and place! My father's dogs escaped and they were brought here where they fed them well and brushed them and took really good care of them while they waited to find the owners they even renamed the two dogs Hansel and Gretel. Beautiful fun facility for dog care and doggie daycare.

Was very pleased with services until both dogs came home with kennel cough and once it was diagnosed by my vet, I notified the business. Was expecting transparency with clients via an email, to notify other customers. Instead, I was questioned if it was truly kennel cough. One of my dogs had an extreme case of it. The issue isn’t kennel cough. That’s a given that there is risk when boarding at any kennel or doggie daycare.
My issue is the lack of communication to customers about what’s going in behind closed doors so we can make educated decisions concerning the health of our dogs. We haven’t been back. Which is a shame. If they communicated with info concerning things of this nature, they would have received 5 stars from me

We’ve been taking our dog there for over 4 years now twice a week and they have always been amazing to work with!

WWW is so great with Baxter. We get an update on how he's doing when we were out of town. It is also great that I was able message them about change of plans.

This was my dogs 1st stay here. I think Rebecca was great with our goldendoodle. He looked like he had a good stay based on some pictures posted on FB. Great service when we dropped him off and picked him up. After that 1st visit it was all down hill from there. Grooming is a joke. Period. My dog needed a bath every time I picked him up, he was filthy from the 'sand box' and he stunk terrible. They never returned food, and when we got home, he ran to his water bowl like he hadn't had a drink all day. One day he came home limping and that was the last straw. Do your homework before leaving your babies here! Google the owners name and read the news articles!

The w3 really is the place to be for dogs! It has everything from playground area and doggie bubble machines, bathing, nail trims and cuts and shampoos. They offer training and housing if I go out of town as well. I couldn’t ask for more.

We cannot say enough good things about Woofs Wags and Wiggles. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and cater to each dogs needs. We use them on a regular basis, multiple times a week and highly recommend them to everyone! Our dog is beyond excited every morning to greet his doggy friend and staff members. Everyone is great there!

My Irish Wolfhound babies LOVE coming to WWW! They have so much play time with their friends throughout the day! Being so big, they are not easy to travel with. As a hockey family, we are on the go, and hotels dont always accommodate large puppies, even super cute trained ones. Tara and her amazing team welcome our 2 cuties, and don't flintch when our schedule changes. We get sweet updates while we are away and we love to see the facebook posts
and photos. After an eventful weekend, our puppies come back worn out! We are so thankful to have a great woofs, wags, and wiggles to take care of our babies when we can't. We can't thank their team enough!

I would not recommend bringing your dog here. This place has been known to lose animals and people have gotten their animals back with lacerations. They will not show surveillance footage if anything does unfortunately happen to your dog. They will not cover vet bills either when the unfortunate situation is their fault and responsibility. They do not own up to what they say on their website. For the safety of your animal, please do not take them here.

Our sweet Hank has been spending one day a week at W3 for the last several months. Once Hank got used to having new friends, the owner began training him. When you're nearly 200 pounds and just want to be loving all the time, you have to learn ways to how to manage yourself. Hank has come so far in terms of listening and behaving. I know when I sent him, he is loved and cared for. We just left him for a weekend and he has slept since the moment he came home. He obviously had a great weekend and I know that they love him. I feel comfortable and confident sending my furboy there.

Lincoln is sooo happy to come here. I ask him if he wants to see his friends and he gets so excited. Always a good experience except when I pick him up because he doesn’t want to come home. Highly recommend this place if you want your dog acclimated with other dogs. It takes special people to leave my dog with someone and I couldn’t have picked a better place.

Awesome place! Always super kind and very easy to communicate with, they always have a spot for my dog bear and accommodate even when we apply a little past the due date, they helped train bear and introduced him into groups to socialize him, they’ve been nothing but amazing to us!

New to town and getting established and made an appointment for my dog the evening before and because of a computer issue she wasn't in the system and they don't take walk-ins so I drove 30 minutes to drop her off and they would not accept her. So I'm late for work because their system screwed up and we were punished for it. I will pay extra for rover instead of bringing my dog here. Such a bad business ethic to run. Shame on you, Woof's, wags and wiggles!

Edited to add (after response) : my pets records had been verified, she had been to this daycare a few days already so this wasn't her first day, with appointments made within 24 hours. I've taken her to many daycares and I've never known one to not allow walk-ins, what on earth needs to be prepared? ! Your website shouldn't allow for scheduling if you do not accept them before a certain time. And there's a little thing called grace when something like this happens for the first time, you should learn about it.

Absolutely horrid, I’m so disappointed. We took our sweet little fur baby there and they treated him like trash, will not be coming again!

My babies get very excited when we pull into the drive. They are exhausted when we get home. A happy tired fur-baby is a good thing

I am reviewing the daycare not the training. Based on what I saw the first time I came to pick up my dogs, I wouldnt trust this place EVER. I never came back. She claims expertise with dogs. Well, uh, why exactly was she BLASTING music at volume from 8-10? The dogs were going nuts barking, but highly stressed, nonstop, frantic barking and nonstop leaping all over their kennels- ALL of them. Expertise? Right volume for music for dogs is where it is getting just a little uncomfortably low volume for a person with normal hearing to hear it. Doing what she did to dogs is like putting a person 2 feet away from the speaker at a rock concert and making them stay there for however many hours. Think you might be shaking at your cage door and leaping around screaming if someone stuck you in there without your consent? She said she did it because she was saving up for a great sound system but only had a little radio so the dogs in the back coukd hear. Are you kidding me? I take my dogs someplace closeby. Has 2 acres with grass, shade trees.they have doggie cams in all the different playards, too. I can watch from home to see what my happy guys are up to. I want to cry when I drive by Woofs Wags and Wiggles for all the pet owners who are loving but have no idea of what quality care is, who based their high rating on the dogs having enough water to drink.and poor baby dog whose mom gave this dump a 5 star rating because "it has a badass bus". 0/10.

This is the best doggy daycare around. The staff is wonderful and truly cares for each animal that comes through the door and do their best to tend too an animals individual needs and comfort levels. The dogs get to play an socialize with one another in large, safe, outside play spaces. The owner as well is amazing, is often on site, has a keen sense of the animals an their feelings and shows so much compassion for each one of them it's simply astonishing. Woofs Wags and Wiggles is the only doggy day care I would take my doggo to.
