Work Better Now is a fantastic organization. We've hired two people through this service and have been thrilled with the outcomes. In particular, their onboarding, training, and enablement of new hires has made sure they get up to speed quickly and have the tools to add value in a very short time.

The process to interview and hire candidates was smooth and efficient. After hiring our first assistant we quickly expanded to another and in within 3 months we had 6 assistants working across 3 different teams. Each member of the team is doing great and WBN is constantly in the back of my head as I consider adding new roles.

Having quite the experience with my VA from Argentina. He is diligent, on top of all my tasks, and follows up with me regularly. I get daily reports of what was completed and our success coach checks in all the time. I was hesitant and looked at other vendors but I am so happy that I ultimately chose WBN. Very disappointing experience - our VA didn't work on our business full-time, and in fact took another full time job when we were still paying her. WBN had the audacity to accuse us of hiring her around our agreement. Absolutely ridiculous organization I would not recommend working with them, there are much better VA services out there.

Two months ago I hired a person from Work Better Now and I can't say enough how good things have worked out. I had been hesitant to hire someone as I felt the time it would take to get them up to speed would not be worth the value I received. I was wrong! Within the first couple of days the person was handling themselves superbly without my assistance. The speed the new person was able to operate at so quickly is a credit to the screening and training Work Better Now puts all of their people through, it is a real difference maker!
It's now been two months since the person began and I can't imagine what life would be without them. My stress level has decreased from where it was before hiring and my business has never been stronger.
