Joe was very nice and helped me get new phone set up after issue with screen. I was wrong about this place. Great customer service and in a timely manner as well. Highly recommend.
This is the second time that Joseph and EJ have come to the rescue and fixed a bad situation for us. The most recent was an iPhone that went through the washing machine. The phone had to be replaced and I was able to purchase a newer model replacement from their inventory for $300 and the guys were so patient with me in the transfer of information from the old to the new phone. I am so happy that we have this gem right in Brewster. Joseph’s knowledge and facility in working with technology is amazing. I went in with a big problem and came out with a great solution that didn’t break the bank. Nice to do business here!
