Went here a couple of time got my hair done by a cool lady don't remember her name but my third time was by Wosas daughter. How do I know it's Wosas daughter because the chick who I guess is the shampoo girl told me that was her name, the daughter is rude she didn't introduce her self. She got too much attitude for me. She turned me off from coming back to that place.

They do an amazing job while providing an excellent price definitely the best bang for your buck in the city I highly recommend!

The young lady has an attitude and mildly stuck up and kinda turns off people wanting to come support the business… But the other stylist are nice and they all do a good job

When I first started to go there service was great.someone recommended them.however now I feel like my hair is being manhandled and rushed. They have someone washing hair who washes it like she is scorning you. I mean having locs you need a good wash when you get a retwist. The warm welcome is not there seems tense in there. I wish their was more loctians in ROC because this place definitely don't care anymore you can see.and yes I have been there and I decided not to use my normal email.and no I don't want refund you should of just did my locs right. I will not return this last one did it for me.when I got home some of my parts were messed up because my hair was rushed.you forgot to put something in my hair and only put it in half.like.if yall getting tired or don't have enough workers just close.smh.
