I am disgusted by the way I was treated here today. I have been a loyal customer for three years and trusted them to clean my shirt for my wedding day. I had them clean it yesterday and I brought it back today because there was a blue stain on it. The owner first referred to himself as the manager and refused to take responsibility for the stain. I explained that it was a brand new shirt (he even saw me take the tag off) and that I needed the stain removed within 24 hours and he said they would not be able to do this within 24 hours, even after I explained that I needed it for my wedding. I then asked him if he could talk to the owner and the company that dry cleans for him and explain the situation to them, but he still refused. Then he told me he is the owner, and I told him he should take responsibility for the workmanship that he does. Finally, I requested my money back and he left. Completely unprofessional. I decided to go to another cleaners.
