Wyckoff Heights Dental Services reviews
4I was harassed and sustained jaw damage on a phone call with them just now (in Sept 2023). I was given a phone number ending in 7676 for Wyckoff Heights/John S McIntyre. When I called the number, a woman picked up and stated they did not know the answer of my question - to confirm if it's true or not that this practice performs a specific treatment for my TMJ disorder. That woman transferred me to a different woman to whom I was advised to ask the same question. When I asked them that question, that second woman transferred me back to the first line, in an effort to keep me in this deathly loop for as long as possible to exploit my TMJD and end me for good. Now my jaw joint is swollen and hurts more as a result of this phone call, which may have a been a trap set by UnitedHealthcare.
I had to have emergency dental work and stitching here during a visit to Wyckoff Heights’ ER. The dentists and surgeons who worked on me were great, and all was well, until now, when I need to make an appointment to have my stitches taken out. I have called several times and left multiple messages to make an appointment to have my stitches removed but nobody has reached out. I need to have them out in 3 days and have no idea what I’m going to do.
Its a pretty long wait sometimes but the dentists and dental assistance's are very patient, my daughter has a big fear of doctors and they work really well to get her the dental care that she needs no matter how much she screams:)
First time I went here they lost my paperwork had to fill out my info again the second time I went (almost as if they are filtering out information for money). I had a scheduled service I needed to reschedule and I couldn't stay for the covid test because I was in the wait room for over an hour and a half and I had to get to work. The front desk employee told me to MISS the appointment and reschedule after, made me believe that this dentistry is stealing from the insurance company. I've been trying to make an appointment since December 2022. I'm on the PHONE right now as I am writing this. The front desk has put me on hold and sent me to voicemail multiple times! How are they still employed!
