Wyoming County Community Health System, Warsaw NY

My brother has been crawling around to get from room to room due to horrible pain. He goes to the ER (they actually came out to get him in a wheelchair), they did no X-rays and told him it was his sciatic and to make an appointment with an orthopedic. How would they know that without doing a X-ray? His PCP sent him directly to the ER and said it might be a blown disc, but don’t do an X-ray! It’s now been over 6 hours since his trip to the ER and he left my house literally crawling all the way to the the car. No X-rays no pain meds no nothing! What has happened to the health system when the patient doesn’t even come first. Unforgivable. I usually have high reviews for WCCH ER, they’ve always been good to me and given me the best care, but they didn’t for my brother. Check out the doctors your bringing in

My mother had extreme abdominal pain. We brought her to the ER. They immediately began running tests. She was quickly diagnosed with a ruptured appendix. Luckily Dr. DiBenedetto was on call. He and the amazing OR staff took amazing care of her. She was admitted to the ICU for 4 days after surgery and then the 3rd floor. The care she received was great! Her Nurse Becky Noon was training another nurse, both were exceptional. She was very sick. I am extremely grateful that we had WCCH close by. They took such good care of my mom every step of the way from ER to discharge 9 days later. THANK YOU!

This is the WORST HOSPITAL to work at in ALL of WESTERN NEW YORK! They lost tons of staff after the covid vax mandate in 2021 and they never recovered. The SNF facility in particular has been allowed to become VERY understaffed under the discretion of one Dawn Kilner, who claims that the Skilled Nursing Facility ": has enough staff"

They're also currently being sued (right now in 2023) by a former employee right now, Doctor Mason, who has proof he is presenting in his lawsuit that this hospital was basically stealing money from him. A lot of people in Warsaw, ny know about this situation and feel NO LOVE for WCCH.

We went to ER and everyone there tells you something different to the same question. Everyone could care less. We were told we would see doctor and it never happened. Medication schedued is a mess doses were missed. The lab techs came in late people lined up and many no masks. The draw room was never wiped down between patients. After our visit we decided to call the people in charge. Guess what? There are none. We called every number on their contact sheet including administrators and no one answers the phone NO ONE. Morning noon or night. Messages left no reply's! /2 the staff could be terminated and there would be no difference. BTW everyone you ask for help you get "its not my job"

Exceptional service, God bless the excelent team in labor for all the kindness and love they put in there jobs many blessings for them.

Extremely terrible facility. Wildly understaffed, as any of the staff will let you know. Horribly mismanaged to the point of mal-practice and negligent abuse at the very least. Patients suffer needlessly from untreated injuries and the health of patients is the last priority, if considered at all, by the medical "professionals" (if you can call them that) that work there. They will happily lie, deceive, manipulate and abuse in order to suit their needs when it comes to maintaining a full capacity while happily throwing anyone out if they go over capacity. Its clearly a profit mill in the worst sense and an extreme example of the failure that is the american healthcare system. You will surely end up in worse health and or with more injuries or diseases than when you entered Wyoming Hospital if you dare to take such a risk.

You're better off treating yourself than risking it by going there. Everyone there should be fired and the place should be demolished if the administration are going to refuse to run a functional facility. Moreover, its amazing the mal-practice thats allowed to continue there and more amazing that no one has looked into this horrid place more thoroughly yet.

They do not care about anyone especially their patients. The staff is over worked and while its not their fault, they are completly complacent in the the abusive environment and are therefore, arguably, culpable. Its a shame and a disgrace to everyone especially the donors that funded it that this place exists in its current state.
