To be honest, I don’t want to give you a cent. I walked in to the clinic on Union St today and was told that the wait would be about 30-60 minutes. After waiting for 30 to 40 minutes, I asked the front desk again. She said that all the appointments were now available and she was not sure about the wait. How long, the attitude is extremely evil! If you can't speak well and are so impatient, please don't come to the front desk, and you won't come here to see a doctor again. What a waste of everyone's time!

I have Dr. Xiao for more than 10 years and I will never leave her! She delivered both of my children in 2013 then 2023! 10 years apart and her skills are as excellent as always! Best experience for c-sec. She's professional, patience and kind with all her patients, I share all my concerns with her during my pregnancy, and she always help me finding solutions. If you need an OB GYN, I strongly recommend Dr. XIAO, especially if you are going to have c section! Her staffs are also friendly and responsible. Yes, there might be long waiting just like the other doctor offices, but Dr. Xiao won't let you go without solving your problems!

When I arrived the Kissena office, they told me there is no appointment for me. They never told me they have two offices. Even when they called me the day before the visit, they never mentioned the important message.

I didn’t want to waste time arguing with them, so I paid the money and left. When I got home, the doctor’s sister was very angry and said that it was against New York State law. This doctor charges so boldly and arbitrarily because the Chinese are too honest and no one complains. Quack doctors do a lot of harm and charge arbitrary fees.

This was my worst experience at a doctors office. The front staff do not take accountability for wait times. They over book appointments. My appointment was at 12 and so were 20 other patients. Never in my life have I waited THREE hours to see a doctor. Dr herself was nice but everyone else and the scheduling team was a nightmare. When asked "how much longer" they only said "i dont know. " That's really helpful. They have no consideration for peoples time.

Dr Xiao is an amazing Obgyn. She has years and years of experience, very knowledgeable, and very caring. She manages all sorts of pregnancy complications well: shoulder dystocia and hemorrhage etc. Love Dr. Xiao. Thank you so much for all you do.

As a patient, I expect a professional and efficient experience, but my recent visit was far from that. Firstly, the appointment scheduling was highly unprofessional. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was forced to wait for over an hour before being attended to. This not only caused me great inconvenience but also demonstrated a lack of respect for patients' time and well-being.

Secondly, I experienced a concerning lack of professionalism from the nurse practitioner during my examination. The procedure was performed in a manner that caused me to bleed, which is not only distressing but raises questions about the competency of the staff involved. To make matters worse, the Medical Assistant on duty attempted to shift the blame onto me, rather than acknowledging the evident mishandling of the situation.

Lastly, the transparency and honesty of the clinic were put into question when the nurse practitioner failed to collect an adequate sample during the examination. Instead of informing me of this issue immediately, the clinic provided false reasons for my dismissal, only to later inform me that I needed to return for a repeat examination.
